First cycle Test E....

Weeks 1-12 Test E, 500mg
Pinning Mon & Thursday (250 mg each)
rotating between delts,glutes, quads

Weeks 14-17 nolva 40/20/20/20
clomid 100/100/50/50

Stats:

Age: 22
Weight: 170 lbs.
BF: under 10%
Height 5' 11"

Measurements:

Quads: 22.25"
Calves: 14.5"
Forearms: 12.75"
Biceps: 15.25"
Waist: 28"

This is my first cycle and actually I am already 7 weeks in. I have one problem though. My strength is up, libido is through the roof, my muscles are harder and more vascular, and I have acne on my shoulders/back, but I have not gained any noticeable weight! It seems like every time I gain some, I re-weigh myself later that week and I have lost it all... I currently weigh 171.8 after weighing in at 177 last week. I have not seen lower than 171.8 since I started the cycle. Now before you say I don't eat enough let me say this. Before this cycle I only ate TWICE a day with no breakfast or post workout meal. I might have thrown in a shake here and there but not more than one a day. Since I started the cycle I have been eating 6-8 meals per day... For example yesterday I ate:

meal 1:
8 egg whites
cup oats
2 scoops of whey protein shake
heaping spoon of natural peanut butter

meal 2:
grilled chicken breast
cup rice
2 scoops of whey protein shake

meal 3:
grilled chicken breast
cup rice
2 scoops of whey protein shake

meal 4:
rack of ribs
cup rice

meal 5:
muscle juice weightgainer shake

meal 6:
grilled salmon
mixed vegetables

meal 7:
muscle juice weightgainer shake

This is much more than I was eating before cycle and I have not legitimately gained over 2 lbs... The only thing I can think of that could be hindering my gains is that I started getting symptoms of gyno in week three so I did 20 mg of nolvadex daily for the next week and after that continued using 10 mg every day since... here are some current pics...

Am jealous. Hey, so you're running Z-line. I just started my pin on Monday. What week did you start to notice strength gains?
 
Damn you are ripped dude. As for your gains, are you sleeping enough? You seem to be eating enough.

I am the opposite of you. I have gained 8 lbs but no noticeable strength gains.

I try to sleep 7-8 hours. I am sleeping a lot more than I did before cycle...
 
Let's get some updates! I'm excited about your progress. You're extremely cut. Put on 20lbs of solid muscle and people will think twice before fuckin with you.

As far as your weight, are you weighing yourself everyday at the same time? I like to weigh myself after I wake up after I pee.

Also, if you're truly having trouble gaining weight, throw a cap full of extra virgin olive oil in each of your shakes. That should add an extra 150 calories or so.

I just did my 3rd pin today, and my strength is gradually going up.

only thing i can guess is that your 22 and your motabolism is through the roof! the test is just increasing it even further. I was like you untill i hit 28-29, motab slowed down and i went from 150 to 160, started workin out and hit 165. im on my fifth week of Test Cyp and d-bol and im damn near 180! lol
 
Agreed. Your young and TEST is just increasing your metabolism. Do this-buy yourself some weight gainer and carbogain. Incorporate them into your diet and you'll grow.
 
You're ripped, you can gain more. Just eat two cows a day, 29 chicken, 342 barrels of oats, 9645 eggs, and two tablespoons of peanut butter. The last part is a must. This makes up a decent bulking shake.
 
yeah peanut butter is a good weight gainer, that and icecream. kinda depressing peanut butter only has 5g protein per tblsp...and thats something you dont see on the market today, a high protein peanut butter...
 
if your training and rest is in check, then the reason you're not gaining weight is your diet. you have to be lieing about what you eat. There is no other reason why you would have lost 7lbs while on cycle. you're not getting enough calories.
