Hey guys, well did back today and it was fucken awesome! i felt really sluggish when i first got to the gym and thought i wouldn't be lifting much but i added 5-10lbs on just about all exercises, yay!
Only problem i have now is that the DB in the gym only go to 110lbs and i did that for 8 good reps of DB rows today, where do i go from here, lol.

Thats cool man, no sweat. Hey Gunz, yeah my source told me that the people he has given it to have said its really potent so i guess im lucky. I'll be starting the Var in 2 days, i'll let you guys know how i go.
I'll be doing 40mg ED to see how we go and up it to 50 if it's all good. One question though do i take 2 tabs in the morning and 2 at night? they are 10mg tabs.
