First Cycle, Test Enanthate

I'm very similar 3000 - 3500 cal, not really gaining any weight. 3J helped me with my diet plan too. I'm gonna see if I can boast it up to 4000cals 400p/350-400c/100f

but since I started it even 3J said we might have to keep tweeking it til we get it right, thats just a starting point.

Hey surf, yeah i'm the same, ive changed it a few times with 3J, he keeps telling me to keep it around 3500cals ED and i want to up it, lol. But he is spot on the money, i'm dropping fat and getting bigger/leaner and heaps of strength gains.

Man he knows his shit!

Also i have a question for you guys, is there any benefit to training a few hours after your injection? i heard somewhere that test is at it's peak 2 hours after injected and this is a good time to train?

Only reason i ask is i just changed my training routine and i was injecting on run days before but now it's on my gym days. Should i be injecting later at night after i have trained? or a few hours before i hit the gym?
 
Just a quick update, did chest today and shoulder held up pretty well, didn't try to increase weight this week as didn't want tp push it but feels good and can't wait till next week to hit chest hard!
 
Hey Guys, just wanted to give you an update. I am now near the end of week 6 and these are the results so far.

Start weight 102kg, current weight 101kg.

Bench is up 20-30lbs
Lat Pulldowns up 30lbs
Bicep Curl up 15-20lbs
Squat up 40-50lbs
Shoulder Press up 15-20lbs ( however not much shoulder work being done due to injury )
Shrugs up 30-50lbs

Can't be bothered listing all lifts, lol, but those are indicators of the major muscle groups. All in all pretty happy with how things are going, have dropped BF and replacing with muscle, strength and size are going well. Have put 1 inch on arms since starting, yay, haha.

I'll be starting 50mg Var ED soon and can't wait to see how that goes for me.

Can't post any pics due to a few tatts in places that are pretty obvious and i'm in a job that i can't be doing these things, lol.

Will keep you updated though and may be able to put up a back pic, see how we go. Going for a PB on bench tomorrow, cant wait!

I, too, have read that NSAIDS such as Naproxen/Tylenol decrease protein synthesis. That's a killer when one has arthritis.
 
Hey guys, just another update. Did chest today and it was fucken awesome! did 200lbs for 6 good reps on decline bench to finish off workout which i was very happy with.

Also got great news, i dont have to cut the cycle short anymore, yay, work isn't sending me overseas so i can keep going on the cycle!

Ill be doing 9-10 weeks instead of cutting it to 8. The reason i say 9-10 is because i am running out of test and think i only have enough for 9 weeks but will try and scramble some more.

I also picked up my var tabs today, they are Pharma quality and ive been told they feel stronger than 10mg each- fucken awesome, can't wait to start them!

So cycle will be as follows

WEEK 1-9 Test Enanthate 400mg PW ( if i can go to 10 i will adjust )
WEEK 7-11 Var 40-50mg ED ( bridge into PCT )
WEEK 11-13 Nolva 40mg ED
WEEK 13-15 Nolva 20mg ED

- Also my source said he might be able to get proviron and said it would be good to run in post cycle therapy (pct)? any thoughts on this? I've been doing some reading which states it increases lh and fsh levels.

On a side note had a crappy injection yesturday, after injecting i pulled the pin out rather quickly instead of waiting my usual 30sec then another 30 secondds half way out. Lost some oil as it seeped out of injection site, damn it! not heaps but a little bit.

Oh well, lol.

Hey guys, well did back today and it was fucken awesome! i felt really sluggish when i first got to the gym and thought i wouldn't be lifting much but i added 5-10lbs on just about all exercises, yay!

Only problem i have now is that the DB in the gym only go to 110lbs and i did that for 8 good reps of DB rows today, where do i go from here, lol.

I'll prob just swap to bent over rows, we'll see, lol. And yeah the var is to help me cut up and give a more defined look at the end of the cycle- hopefully.

I'll be doing 40mg ED to see how we go and up it to 50 if it's all good. One question though do i take 2 tabs in the morning and 2 at night? they are 10mg tabs.

Depends on when you train. You wanna keep your blood levels stable, If you train in the evening, take 2 in the AM and 2 before training. If you train in the AM, take 2 before training, and 2 in the evening. All depends when you train.
 
Thanks Hell, that could be a tricky one as i am a shift worker but 90% of the time i train after i wake up. I was thinking 20mg before workout and 20mg about 10-12hrs later?

EG-

2 x tabs at 10am, Train at 11am. Go to work, 2 x tabs at 10pm, sleep at midnight. Would that work?
