First Cycle, Test Enanthate

Hey Zoo, thanks for the info about the PCt. As far as HCG goes the customs here in OZ are red hot so i can't order anything like that, I'll just have to try and see if my contact can get some but unlikely.

Will it be a big problem bringing my boys back up without HCG? i know people say you have to use it but will it just be a case of it will take a bit longer for them to be back to normal?
 
probably if you dont take a high dose of Test, but its def better with Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) on hand. I would try to find a contact that can have Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) for you bro.
 
Yeah thats what i'm trying to do now but it's not easy, lol. And i have a funny one and need your advice guys, i did my Right delt today and when i was inserting needle the muscle started to twitch/spasm on me, it didn't hurt or anything and i pushed through it fine.

I aspirated and nil blood, injected and all good, a bit of pain to the rear of the delt but that's usual when i do Right delt.

Did i hit a nerve? and should i have withdrawn and injected in another spot? It's been 11hrs and im fine so i guess it's ok?

Agreed. I wouldn't worry unless you were in severe pain. As someone already mentioned, when you're putting a needle directly into a muscle, it is gonna cause some damage.
 
Thanks guys, was just freaking out a bit when i did it but no real pain. Was a bit sore last night but not to bad today, no tingling or anything like that in arm so i guess i'll live, lol.

On a good note i did a kick ass chest workout yesterday, strength has gone up by around 30lbs in bench! yay, lol. All my lifts have gone up a decent amount, between 10-30lbs depending on the exercise. I just started doing 1 bodypart per day so i can concentrate more on them.

Still haven't got any sides apart from the occasional bloat in the gut, but no acne or hair loss which is great, but knowing my luck it will hit me when i finish the cycle, lol.

And thanks to the people who IM me about the HCG, i'll seriously consider ordering it but not sure if the reward outweighs the risk, i'm in the kind of job i can't be doing these things, lol. Maybe i'll just see how i go without the HCG, who knows.

And Desha, fuck off! don't ask for steroids on here!
 
Hey guys, just a quick update, i have a strain in my right shoulder so wont be able to do my shoulder workout this week i don't think, damn it! think i did it when i did dips on Monday, it's in the front part of my shoulder.

Anyway arm day today and can't wait!

ICE and ibuprofen. Don't do any close grip benches or anything like that for tri's till it's healed. Dips can be brutal on the shoulders.
 
Hey Hell, i'm already on the ice/rice and just about to buy some Ibuprofen, lol, great minds think alike. And i had to give the shoulder workout a miss this week so i'm a bit pissed off but gonna play it safe till it's 100%.

Hopefully i don't lose any strength in my shoulders as it will be 2 weeks between workouts!

Anyway on a side note did left delt injection today, went in smooth and no probs, was a bit shaky after the incident with the right one on Mon but all good thank god, lol.

I'll let you guys know how i go tomorrow, doing back so should be ok just have to be careful with DB rows i think.
 
Hey guys, well did back today and it was fucken awesome! i felt really sluggish when i first got to the gym and thought i wouldn't be lifting much but i added 5-10lbs on just about all exercises, yay!

Only problem i have now is that the DB in the gym only go to 110lbs and i did that for 8 good reps of DB rows today, where do i go from here, lol.

Also did whole stack for Lat Pulldowns for 7 good reps which is pretty good for me as it was at the end of my workout and had already done 8 sets before it.

Anyway shoulder is feeling a lot better today, will probably change my workout days and do shoulders Mon if it's ok and move chest to Thu, this will be 1 1/2 weeks between each workout for Sho and Che so should be enough break to make it all better.

And i also had a kick ass arm workout on Wed, I'm loving the strength increase in my workouts, I'm adding 5-10 lbs to every exercise every week! I love Test!!!!!!!!!!!

How is the var treating you? noticing much fat loss around midsection?

No, not really. My GF says it still looks like I'm losing inches since I've started my cycle, but I don't think I have. I've been upping the cardio, and am making up for letting my diet slide last weekend. BUT, I have definately seen an increase in vascualrity from the Var.
 
Sweet, i can't wait to start it myslef. And i thought i would field a question to you guys as well.

I am in week 5 nearing week 6 and i haven't had any real weight gain? However my strength is going right up every week and i'm losing a fair bit of fat and reshaping my muscles which is what i was after.

3J designed my diet and im on 3300-3500 cals Ed broken down to
- 350g Protein
- 280g Carbs
- 85g Fats

Just wondering if anyone else has ever had this? i mean I'm not disappointed at all as i didn't really want to put on wieght, and I'm leaning out and getting bigger very nicely, just quite interesting i thought, lol.
