Knows whats up
a few days into my 5th week....up about 15 lbs, no real gain in fat at all, even though i get a big mac and fries a couple times a week for an extra 1500 cals.... eating 250-300g of protein probly 3500-4000cals
started at 158lbs now at around 173...strenght is going up i know...before i started i was maxing out at like 210-215 @ 2 reps...the day before my 5th shot i hit 225 5 times....arms have grown more than 1/2 inch....almos an inch....doing 1cc of Ara-test 250 a week with 1 cc of cyp teston 200....did dbol for the first 5 weeks at 30mg/day....stopped that already
after my cycle, im gonna do the post cycle therapy (pct) and start some creatine, and once my post cycle therapy (pct) is done, im gonna do clen 2weeks on 2weeks off to drop some BF%, i think im around 15% right now, i want to get to around 10% or 12% and then in early January gonna do a TEST/EQ cycle.... 500mg of each...
