ya im not expecting much in the ways of definition, but overall im thicker which is what i'm shooting for.i think u need to shave the chest hairs lol, dont see to much of a change from the start pics, reason being i have been there too bro, when u start at higher bf, and add more bf when bulking exspecially consuming 1000 cals over maintanence u are just going to look puffy, u wont see the real results until u cut some bf, then the true colors come out
if u started at say 10% bf or less, when u bulk u dont look so puffy and see your gains alot more clearly, like i said i have been there bro, you'll learn bro, but keep doing what your doing man, chop some fat after this bulk and hopefully u dont put tomuch fat on in the process of bulking, then u are looking for a long haul cut

k so here's a typical mid day meal. 10 oz hamburger patty, bout a cup of brown rice, and some greens. the protein source alternates beef chicken fish pork...whatever I'm in the mood for.
for breakfast I had a protein/carb shake (25g whey/50g waxy maize carbs). not ideal I know, but it's the only meal I substitute with a shake. at
10am I had a large bowl of hamburger, eggs, and baked beans all mixed into a delicious slop.
after this meal I will eat a similar meal at 5pm then hit the gym at 630.

I've been following from day 1. You definitely look thicker than on day 1! Seems to be a lot of post about bf and the ideal starting percentage. I've heard don't start a bulk unless you are a least 13% and some say 16% is ok? Matt in the post above suggests 10%. So my question is if you are 15% or greater should you cut first?
I'm on 12%bf bro. probably will get to 14-15% end of my cycle. good luck tho![]()
yea 12% is where i would have liked to start at, but im confident in my ability to drop fat later on after the cycle.

that is correct my friend. test takes some weeks to start taking effect (anabolic effect that is). You will get the libido increase and aggression a little earlier, but usually you won't see physical improvements until weeks 4-6. dbol starts working within the first week.A rookie question...
Is a dbol kick start (~6 weeks) often used in cycle such as this with Test as it takes awhile to for the Test to build up in your system?
