i went to fitday.com i entened my info--lifestyle,hours of W/O, job, Ect..
it said i burn total calories were at around 4000 a day--this correct?
maybe i eat around 3000-somethimes less...
im at 19%BF 219 i workout hard--but seems i get tired alot---maybe thats why i get overtraines alot--i dont eat enouph..
am i aimed at 4000cals or they wrong??
