i agree 100%... protein is the building blocks of your muscles. so why not have as much as humanly possible in your body? im at about 600 grams a day (gawd vanilla protein makes me sick lol) but i still do it...

You should have picked 3 exercises per body part. Each workout you rotate between the 3 exercises. If Monday July 26th you did Barbell Curls as your bicep workout, you should not be doing Barbell Curls again until Monday August 9th.

I don't know exactly how you are doing the program, so it is hard to comment. Have you read Cycle For Pennies?

thanks a lot for the feedback I will do as you say. I heard from alot of ppl that 2gams per lb is optimal thats why I never tried to get over 2grams per lb because I heard if you take in too much that your body wont use it all which will be a waste. Apparently "my friends" dont know what their talking about. I will drop the statics and I will stretch my Bi's after forearms but just outta curiosity isnt it better to stretch out your bi's right after your bicept workout, when its all pumped up?
 
also I know im asking alot of questions but can someone also please tell me what is the general optimal restpause sets someone should do for each bodypart please ( I know it differs per person, but theres an avg general trend). Also when I go up in weight am I expected do the same amount of reps as before or am I supposed to do a little less (If so how much less?)

Yes your freinds do not know anything about gaining muscle, muscle need aminos to add muscle and that amino acid pool needs to be full at all times so your cells can take when they need to take, 2 grams per body lb is minimum.

You stretch after your Biceps after your Forearm workset is completed, you will be taxed even more then...

We all do one RP workset. We do 11-15 for most upper body and 15-20 for lower body.

As long as you increase the weight or reps you are making progress...

Don't rest/pause your forearm exercise. Just do a straight set of ~12 follow by your bicep stretch. If you stretched right after your curls, IMO you won't be able to put 100% into your forearm exercise.
