For all u who do hack squats...

Was wondering what has worked best for all u who've done hack squats. Higher reps w/less weights or fewer reps w/heavy weight?? How many sets do u usually do??
 
I am still yet to see a hack squat being done. please post details or pics...T_T
thanks. our gym doesn't have hack machines..so I guess I'll be stuck with the bar
 
i usualy do 12 reps 5 sets of hack squats, i usually don't jump onto the sled until the end of my leg workout also.. I only do hacks usually when i am cutting up or going light. I prefer compound movements over sled movements.
 
if your gym has no hack squat machine you could do a modified hack buy placing a plate on your chest, board under your heels and holding on to solid object squat down and lean back at the same time also called by some the sisssy squat.
 
Just tried hacks for the 1st time today. THought i'd do 20 reps but only made it to 15. Man i've never felt such a burn!! Pretty pumped as 2 how much they'll help me gain. Need all the leg size/strength i can get :)
