For The Last Time...There's No Such Thing as a "CUTTING CYCLE".

I hate to take such a big swing at this dead horse but I, in fact do believe that "one"* can gain muscle when cutting....

That said, the operative word here, in my opinion is "one" and the key being DIET and when I say diet I mean the use of an EXTREMELY accurate scale and the removal of a single whole oat and breaking it in half to ensure you are getting the EXACT amount of calories or removing a single cottage cheeze curd.

Now the "one" must be a virgin lifter just getting started with >16% bf and it all has to do with TIMING. All day long the "one" must stay in a very calorie restricted state. Then an hour after their workout they need to eat the exact right amount of carbs, protein and fat and by protein I mean SSSSTTTTTEEEEEEAAAAAAAKKKKKKK, RRREEEEDDDDD MMMMMEEEEEAAAAAATTTTTT, fuck that pussy ass protein drink shit which is like trying to build a REAL LASTING fire out of news paper....A real lasting fire needs TREE TRUNKS and that's what steak is. The "one" sould workout (BIG MOVMENTS ONLY, SQUATS, BENCH, PULLUP'S, MILITARY PRESS, THATS IT!) at 4pm, eat at 5:30 pm and go to bed at 9:00pm and sleep until at least 6:00am. They must drink at LEAST a gallon of water every day but none after 5:00pm. The "one's" total daily calorie intake should remain 500cals below their daily requirment with no less then 60% of their cal's coming from their last meal. Why no water after 5:00? YOU DO NOT WANT TO DILUTE YOUR DIGESTION

Do this, and the "one" will lose massive fat while gaining muscle. IIIIIIIII HHHHHHAAAAAAVVVVVVVEEEEEEEEE DDDDDDOOOOOOONNNNNNNEEEEEEEEE IIIIIIIITTTTTTT.

But for people of this caliber and the caliber I am now, I do not know if it is possible with todays technology. Not until we can more accuratly measure our REAL CALORIC needs -AND- IN REAL TIME, will it really be possible to cut and gain. But the method remains the same, starve your body to use fat all day for energy, kick the shit out if it in the gym (but only to the perfect point unmeasurable with todays technology) and then feed it the EXACT AMOUNT OF REPAIR material, STEAK, OATS-n-Strawberries-n-cottage cheez-n-olive oil, MILK, BROCCLI, TOMATOS, SPINICH (undeterminable with todays technology) so that it grows overnight without storing fat.

Love me, hate me, flame me, agree with me, it doesnt matter, it's not that I'm right, it's just the way our bodies work....peroid. Maybe in 39485930324830239483490 gazillion years will we'll just stick a pellet up our ass and be done with it....haaaaahahaaaahahahhaaahahahaaaa, sorry, that just really cracked me up.


Oh and BTW, i forgot to mention that the "one" must and I mean must, Must, MUST, MMMMMMMUUUUUUUUSSSSSSSSTTTTTTTTTT be stress free and mentally joyous, you must be able to nurture yourself emotionally. Stress KILLS and it breaks down muscle while storing fat too.
