for those who train early in the morning

itll be much cheaper if i can get it through health insurance tho... like 10 bucks. so saving money is saving money.
 
I think working out in the morning is the best - your body's rested and ready capable of it's full potential. At the end of the day your bodys already worn out and you can't push as hard in the gym...in my experience.
