Good point Olympian. IMO the $$ helps but it doesn't make olympians. If it did why do so many runners come from Nigeria & other parts of the world that are dead broke. Genetics aside, money isn't everything. Hard work + natural talent + the right coaching makes more difference than $$. You can take any Joe Shmo and invest millions into his training but that doesn't mean he's going to win the gold
