In the morning I went in and did Cardio (45 min on elliptical) and ABS upon wakening. I was bored. Weird how when we're bored we go lift to pass the time...

Definitely looking like a beast in the gym. My shoulders are beastly. Still holding 235 for weight! My nutrition was SPOT on today. For the last 3 days I've been spot on. I love when my nutrition is on cue, it makes me feel like my lifting has a purpose.

Leanbody, I tried using that EXACT song one time when I was getting it on with a girl. She was like, what are you doing? I instantly grabbed her teddy bear and started fucking it. I said, I wanna fuck you like an animal girl!

Day 77 & 78 - REST

Too a nice well deserved break.

I didn't have too much time to workout on Wednesday so all I did was 45 minutes of stair master. My legs are getting HUGE I love looking at them =)

Turkey day has set me back a few days. I must have ate 10-15 servings of potatoes. It was pretty bad, but definitely going to need that energy as I finish up my cycle in the next couple weeks!

WOW! as you all can see, I am a fucking balloon! I've still got 2 weeks left until I start post cycle therapy (pct). Finishing out strong with epistane. My weight is staying a strong 240!

Hoping to push 245 before starting my PCT.

Damn,man - that is somne serious thickness you put on, bro! Your legs grew like tree trunks! - even the calves - nice work!!! You must notice a huge difference in the fit of your jeans, eh? When you lean out you will have a most decent amount of new muscle. BTW - What do you think did it for you legs?

Honestly LB, I just pushed myself hard on my leg days. When I didn't want to do my next set, I did it anyway. When I wanted to stop and 10 reps, I pushed for 12. It really is true, you have to pound those legs if you want to get them to grow.

GREAT leg workout today.

If I'm feeling good, I might do another leg workout Thursday or Friday to switch it up a little.

Edit: I also wanted to mention, a girl complimented me on my FAT ASS. I was like, "Ummm, thanks? I guess?" She said those words "Fat Ass".

I didn't think big asses were a good thing on men?? Any comments on this from anybody?
 
Damn! - 62 squats!?! that's inhuman!!! okay so i gotta step up my game, cause it's sure working for you. As far as fat ass....I think she's hot on you - good looking? I think a lot of women are keen on the big glutes like football player usually have. Good work bro! next time ask her if she wants you to flex for her and see where that takes you....then you can tell your story to Penthouse Letters and your life will be complete....

I don't know why, but I felt like beasting today, straight from the start.

*I just felt like cranking them out for some reason. My shoulders were SHOT after that though. I had a hard time on my flat BB bench.

**** I can feel my energy levels starting to shoot down a little bit. I haven't been able to eat very much lately. Probably averaging only 3,000 calories a day, and mostly from protein and fat.

I don't get paid till Friday so I have to wait to go shopping again..


Todays workout is Back. I've taken a whole two weeks off from back. Decided I should give it a good rest. Expecting to beast it up on back today. Will keep you all informed.

Weight: 235 (Down 5lbs)
Post workout though, I'm 245 (Probably all that water I'm consuming + pump)

P.S. My legs are fucking shot!

That last squat workout killed 'em.
