Hey all,

First cycle - Test E, 500mg weekly, split into two pins every 3.5 days. 14 week cycle.

My first pin was on Monday in the Quad (Son of a bitch I'm feelin the bruise today!)

Pin went well. No oil Leakage. I'm using Z's line of Test E.

Arimidex on hand if needed.

PCT, weeks 16-20
PCT = Nolvadex 40/40/20/20

Here is an example of what I look like cut up. I was 200lbs in this picture with 9%. I'm hoping by next summer I can get to 215 / 220 @ 9%






Starting Weight lifting stats:

Bench: 235 x 8
Squat: 315 x 8
Deadlift: 350 x 8

Goals:
Bench: 275 x 8
Squat: 375 x 8
Deadlift: 425 x 8

3500+ Calories / day

Did my second pin today, 09/09 @ 8pm.

Went in the opposite leg. This pin went a lot smoother. I had no pain with the injection.

My right leg is still really sore after Monday's pin. Hopefully it will be better come this following Monday.

I've been eating like a horse. I've gained 2 pounds since Monday. Been eating about 6 cups of oatmeal a day with 7 or 8 chicken breasts.

Will update everybody next pinning, which is on Monday @ 8am.

Edit:

Can anyone suggest an exercise for the lower portion of my chest? I hit incline and flat BB bench on the regular. Should I start throwing some decline / Dips in my routine?

well you're not necessarily a giant lol..but yes i'd throw in dips/decline for sure..

If i were you i'd be more worried about building that upper chest though.

Man, no joke, but I am not GENETICALLY able to get a chest. It just ain't gonna happen.

I've done EVERYTHING.

All I hit is Incline BB and Flat BB and DBS (flat and incline).

09/13

Did 3rd Pin today @ 2am in right quad. I'm definitely in favor of quads. I'd rather not have the inability to sit down.

Decided to do it a little early than last Monday's pin due to restrictions on time placed by work.

Surprising, I'm up to 220.0 in 1 week. That's a good weight gain in 1 week. (+2 lbs)

My workouts have been maintaining the same intensity, maybe a little bit more (placebo effect).

One thing I do know that is NOT placebo is that I'm waking up every morning with a raging boner. I mean, that's how I know the stuff is working. My sex drive has stayed the same.

I'm about to go in the gym and hit Chest,

Last bench I got 235 x 8 x 3, gonna shoot for 240 x 8 x 3.

I've had some PRS this week:

Shoulders
Military Press (In Front): 185 x 8
Shoulder Press DB: 85 x 8 x 3.
Close Grip Bench: 225 x 5

This could also be another placebo, but I've been getting INSANE pumps like none other.

Had such a good pump during shoulder day.

I just bought White Flood (pumps were insane before the WF) and I used it last night during my leg and bicep workout. My legs felt like they were gonna explode. My ass is having a hard time squeezing into my underwear, and it's definitely a lot tighter around the quads. Waist still the same (32).

Will keep everybody updated.

So today's workout,

I wasn't able to get all my sets to 8 reps, but I did do 240 x 8, 240 x 7, and 240 x 7.
I decided to hit incline BB afterwards and did 3 x 3 @ 225. After the third set my chest just wasn't having it.

Normally I do incline DB after flat BB, so I figured I'd try some DB incline. Normally I hit 85lbs x 8 x 3. My chest decided to only do 3 and then take a shit on me.

Hit Incline Fly 60 x 8, 60 x 8, 55 x 8.
Cable Fly : 90 x 9, 90 x 9, 100 x 7.

Then did some Trap work.

Afterwards I did 45 minutes on the elliptical maintaining a hr of 130-140.

Good news: My bench press keeps going up! I'm gonna be happy once I'm able to put the 3 plates on.

Tomorrow's workout = back.

My weight sky rocketed today for some reason. I now weigh 228 (up 10+). Diet has been the same. I'm definitely holding a lot of water now. Weighed myself after piss in the morning. I normally hold a lot of water though. Also, started taking 5g creatine last Saturday every day, so that could play some role.

I feel like I could tear the roof off of a house.

I still don't think the Test has taken anywhere near full effect but it definitely is having some effect.

Girl at work said to me, "Bird, are you getting bigger all of a sudden?" I was like, "girl, in more than one way right now." Ha, she was like gross........ (real smooth with the ladies).

Anyways, bout to go destroy the gym right now.

Today's workout = Shoulders / Calves / Abs / Cardio

Warm-up:
7 minute treadmill
5 minute stretch

Military Press: 12 x 135, 10 x 175, 8 x 180, 8 x 185, 6 x 190, 3 x 200.
DB Shoulder Press: 80lbs x 10 x 3
Front shoulder Raise: 45 x 8, 45 x 8, 40 x 10
Lateral Raise: 40 x 8 x 3.
Bent Over Raise: 35 x 10 x 3

Calves
Smith Machine Calf Raise @ 315lbs x 60 reps (little rest between sets)
Seated Single Calf Raise @ 135 x 60 reps

Abdominals (10 minutes worth of work).

Slow paced Cardio on Elliptical (45 minutes)

Hr steady @ 125-140.

Will update when I get back!

Update....

My diet looked like SHIT today. Today is my brother's b-day, and I definitely chowed down on a good 4lbs of cake and a quart of ice cream, on top of my regular diet! Stepped on the scale and it said 230! Fuck! I need to watch myself.

Good news is, the size is definitely starting to come. I can see a major improvement in my back.

I don't want to post pictures too soon. I think I'll post them at the start of week 6, and then again @ week 10, then 14.

In other news, I'm already considering my next cycle.

I'll end this cycle in mid December, and I'll prob start my next one early March.

I just inherited $2,000 and was thinking about putting 50% of it towards a cycle.

Was thinking about running d bol 40 / test 600 / var / hgh / cyomel or clen.

That'll give me plenty of time to cut for the summer.

Still, I need to get through this one first! I am hoping for some good solid gains here!

I'm mainly looking for strength and size this cycle. Then next cycle I'm looking to cut and stay lean.

In other news, I ordered Tamoxifen and Clomid from RUI on Wednesday and got it by today! That was fucking fast!

I'm planning on taking today and tomorrow off. Maybe I'll go do an hour of slow paced cardio tomorrow. Then Sunday I'm going to hit arms and abs.

Was also thinking about changing my split up. To keep my body guessing. I'm also going to bump my cardio from 45 minutes to at 50 minutes.

Mon Legs + Cardio
Tues Chest
Wed Shoulders / Abs + Cardio
Thurs - Back / Deads
Friday - Rest
Sat - Cardio + Arms
Sun - Rest

I'm runnin z's test e right now also i just did my 4th pin wed and i'll do the 5th tomorrow. i've been doin glute injections and have had no pain at all. i weighed 181 when i started and about 186 now so i'm not gettin the weight gains you are but def gettin increased libido. hopefull by week 6 i'll start seeing some weight gain, i'm eatin like a horse usually 3000 + calories a day and try to get about 200 g protein.
