Gaining mass while losing bodyfat on tren?

So im planning a cycle for october. Has anyone added mass while losing bodyfat on tren? I was planning on doing a lean bulk and was hoping not to gain any bodyfat or even lose a tiny bit.

Sure it can be done. I lose bf on test while eating my ass off.... maybe it's from the muscle I gain, makes my bf a less %

Most will say either bulk or cut.

But if you eat clean and get your cals in, you can find the perfect amount of food to intake to achieve both:toilet:
 
It's very possible I always Gain mass and loose body fat on it! Its all about nutrition. I highly recomend keeping training logs as well as Nutrition logs. Or combine the 2 what ever is easiest for you. Then you can esentually do what ever you want with your body. I will note I have over 20yrs of experience including trial and error at this game. I still to this day use logs. With that said I also am only intrested in lean bulks any more. Im happy with a little less gains on a cycle but I want all quality gains.

Hence the logs! You now turn it from a guessing game into some what of a science. One must adjust there Nutrition as you go. If your gaining you must know when to add calories and how many.

Just my opinion take it for what it worth or not thats your choice

Same here, I hardly ever care what the scale says, I use the mirror.
 
i gained muscle and lost fat on just test and NPP. I'm sure tren's androgenic nature helps, but its all about diet

eat the right number of calories, and the right foods and it can be done
 
like phatbastard said it is all about the diet and loging your food. You want to keep your calorie and macro intake as consistant as you can, so then you know where to make changes when needed. If you are gaining weight and not staying lean decrease your cals about 250 or so a day, that will give you a half of lbs deficit. or the same the other way, if your not gaining as much as you want, add in. Write it down, learn your body, and use us as your eyes, it is always best to have a pair of eyes that are not partial.
 
Thanks guys, when I start cycle I will make a log/journal and message to some of you guys and you guys can help me out if you want. Should I be doing to cardio, and how much if so? Also should I still be eating alot of carbs. I will probably aim for like 3300-3500 cals and only eat lean like chicken salmon shrimp turkey.

from my experience, how much fat i gain is more dependent on what types of carbs i eat than anything else (aside from total calories of course)

cruise over to the diet section and ask for some advice, some really informed guys over there
 
Diet is all trial and error, you will never know how many carbs are right for you until you start your program. A format I use to find marcros is
Bodyweight Xs 1.4-1.8 for protein
BW x .8-1 on low days, and 1.5-2 on high days
Fat .3 on high days, and .25 on low days
I prep my competitors with high carb. You adjust your carb intake weekly to hit your disred results.
Like logical said, alot of people don't like to do calories, they play trial and error with sources of macro nutrients. Either way it will be a game of what works best for you.
The format I laid out for you has worked best for me and a bulk of my competitors. I have done preps where my carbs only came from sweet potatos, brown rice, oat meal, green veggies, and very selected types of fruits. Protein sources were either lean chicken or fish, occasional red meat. Fats were natural peanut butter or almonds.

I didnt read all the posts but YES it can be achieved. Its going to be all about your diet and cardio. Your going to have to find your balance and go from there. I'm actually doing a "lean Bulk" as we speak. Typically, I dont like doing these I prefer just doing either a bulk or lean but I figured I would go this route during this particular cycle and time of year.
 
I am currently loosing bf while on dbol/test... so im sure tren will do the job better. I am throwing in some tren into the mix on monday

Do cardio EVERYDAY. You dont have to run a couple hours every day or anything like that. I make sure I get at least 10 minutes in a day. I also play basketball/box for usually 20-40 minutes also though. Plus my job in incredibly physical. I completely cut back workouts out of my schedule. I get back pumps every 5-10 minutes at work.. pretty much as soon as one goes away i get another...

By the way, its between Tri Tren/Test vs Masteron Prop Tren Ace mix. Which will I get better results if goal is to gain maybe 5-10 pounds while losing some bodyfat? Should I add dbol to kick start on either of these?

You can do this - and here's a simple rule of thumb for any cycle if your wondering what what compounds will help you gain muscle and how to loose fat at the same time...

Adipose (fat) tissues are "androgen" responsive - and here these hormones support the lipolytic (fat mobilizing) capacity of cells.

The level of "androgens" in the body will closely correlate - inversely - with the level of stored body fat.

As levels of "androgenic hormones" drop - the deposition of body fat will increase.

And the good is - when "androgen" levels increase - body fat will be depleted at a more active rate.

Trenbolone is VERY androgenic and is why higher doses of tren with a lower dose of test is more favorable - as they both compete for the same androgen receptor.

The ratio of androgen to estrogen action is MOST important as estrogen plays a counter role and will increase the storage of body fat.

If you want to lose body fat during this cycle - you should make sure your estrogen is kept low throughout this cycle.

I would also run your tren/test at a 2:1 ratio - IF - you've ran tren before - you should make sure you are good as far as any sides with tren.

I run my tren-e at 800 and my test-e at 400 - with no sides other than night sweats and is no worse than when I was running tren at 400.

This does is high and NOT for the new guys reading this - please. :)
