I wouldn't bring anything on a plane...but that's me. If I was going on holiday maybe some Cialis that's about it 
. But I'm not a risk taker when it comes to that, I know some people that do though. It's really a shot in the dark but if your travelling every two weeks I would say eventually you will get caught.

If you can get a medical note to say that you need to inject your medication then you're in the clear. Carry on luggage is tough because even diabetics have to show proof of the meds, have it officially labeled, yada yada to even get it on board. But they have health related reasons to do so (ie, insulin shot during flight, or in case their bags get lost.)
Checked luggage is a whole different animal. I brought acctuane and other items in an unmarked med bottle with a dropper overseas in my checked luggage and there was never a prob (though that was international and not domestic).
Off the top of my head (if you really have to bring your shit with you) is somehow find a way to get a note from a doctor stating your need for a injectable substance that doesn't require a script (something thats non prescription I imagine will be easier to convince him with), possibly B-12 or something similar. Maybe even load your stuff in this non-prescription vial when you fly with it.
I've flown through a lot of airports (esp on the east coast) and some are predictably lax and some are always tight as fuck with security. What airports are you going to be continually flying out of? If you don't wanna post it u can PM it.

I'm a realy big guy and look like I lift. I fly at lest every three months and every time my carryon and checked baggage gets inspected. They are nice enough to put a little red sticker on my checked baggage thats says they searched it, that's how I know. And I know they are looking for roids, the guard as much as told me so. If you are going to a hotel have your gear expressed mailed to yourself at that hotel. Tell them you are expecting a package of very important documents and would they please hold it for you if it arrives before you do. Let the USPS mule your gear. No need to take a risk like that. Package it well, everything wraped in bubble wrap. This goes into a padded envolope and this goes into an express package box. Send it to yourself at your hotel no sig requiered. and you're good to go.

Pre-load your syringes and if they ask tell them its medicine for allergic reactions from foods and insects. Put them in a nice case and they wont even question it. I used to do it all the time and leave the needles off the syringes and being a few extra needles. Remember the Case is Key. And you can throw a business card in from your Dr. And if you really want to get fancy fill out a Bullshit Medic Alert Card. I would say good luck but no luck is needed. I used to carry 7 Pre-loads to Cali and Vegas every month and other city's never a problem and this was after the Liquid ban.

When I used to travel alot Id transfer the gear into a bottle that once held some type of oil.
Vitamin e bottles(obviously not in capsules) The kind ya rub on stretch marks and people need to tan so tanning bottles work and i get my pins at my destination....

you could always sterilize a little tiny bottle, not a juice bottle but some other kind and throw ur juice in there and just make sure to draw it all up when u get there and store it in the needle. when u think about it during home brewing its exposed to the air and i never had a problem.
