Getting ready for PCT

No such luck brother! Slept like shit last nite and should of staid home.

Stalled at 3reps 195kg, my target pr was 225kg for 5reps past paralel, no BELT!!! Just felt weird today, couldnt place the bar rigth, kept pressing my(what you call it? Under your chest in the midle with no muscle protection?) and i couldnt breath in the top position, never happened to me before... Did bicep and forearm stuff before and they went strong.

Honestly i may look my best but dont feel it! I cant get aggressive in training and thats my only superpower in this game! I think im gonna up test prop from 150mg to 250mg a week and hopefully that will make a difference!!!!

P.S. These daily injects to the quads with a slin pin have been such a breeze!!!

I found that with Tren as well... I was fucking ripped and strong as I've ever been, but I felt tired and sluggish all day. Never really felt like I was able to give it my all.

I think upping the Test Prop is a great idea. IMO running 200mg/wk of Test is necessary during any cycle and a little Test in your life may minimize some of these sides.

Mike hope you get your mojo back - i think Milk has u on the right track! I know you are not a supp guy but what about trying some No Xplode or Jacked before workout? or green Tea fat burners? those kinda get me riled up...

I have to disagee with ramping up the test. This isn't cause im jealous you guys are on and im not, lol. I would say first priority should be to fiqure out how to start sleeping. This will help everything. I know personally i am restless as fuck and it sucks im up like 5times a night. It leaves me almost dizzy feeling all day. They say my zodiac sign Gemeni that I dont require much sleep i think its bs. Sleep is key. Maybe tighten up the diet too that always helps. Could always try Ambien for a short stint. I hater scripts but you gotta sleep.

BRO!!! Im already sleeping 12hours everynigth and you would have me taking an ambien?!?! WTF:D

The only problems are that im sluggish all day(sleep or no), no aggression in training which is effecting my strength gains. I think upping the test will atleast help!

Milky how was your appetite on tren? Mine is less then normal.

But im gonna say it again, i look friggin awesome! Measured my arms today and they match my biggest on cycle measurment, which is nice because its all hard muscle and no water;)

Thanx man, i think your rigth and so is Milky!

I use green tea as an antioxidant but stimulants have a paradoxical effect on me 90% of the time, in the way they tend to make me sleepy.

It runs in the family actually, my brother can take amfetamines and go straigth to sleep!
 
hey dude- that's great that you are getting some quality size - dunno what to say about the energy thing - it's a problem. I find that i am wiped out at about 2 pm - even falling asleep at the 'puter sometimes! But during workouts - get some ass-kicking music and I'm good to go.

BTW - I used to be the same way with caffine/speed - could take it and fall asleep in 15 mins - but wild dreams and not good quality sleep. I only did speed in college to stay up late and write papers but the caffine - i'm still addicted. i did take 2 years off and I became a virgin again - it affected me like a sledgehammer but now that I'm back on - same thing - I don't really get that much kick from it. When i did gfo off the caffine I had mind blowing headaches for about 3 weeks. Not a good thing.

You know Lean, i think i have forgotten something that i have advising you to do recently and i havent done it REALLY, for a long time, cruising that is. My body is really starting to feel to hard lifting, so from tomorrow im gonna start training muscle and fitness style, thats rigth low intensity and im gonna hit every muscle from as many different angles as i can lol...maybe not but i am gonna cruise for the next 2-3weeks for shure.
 
I thought you were sleepin brudda, thats why I suggest Ambien my bad. The intensity thing I agree with lean on good music and iced coffee are the only things that get me reved up. Well there is Anadrol too but I dunno if you wanna got there, shits pretty hard on ya.

Oh yeah i love ice coffee, especially because its so friggin hot here all the time!

Aggression like i said is my superpower, i just normally say a few sware words and crowl silently and i can lift 100pounds more with lighting speed, im really hoping upping the test will help, migth also start popping a dboll before workouts to see if that has effect.

I have to say how people talk about tren giving crazy strength gains, well not for me:( So far dboll does it for me better then anything.
 
Hey Mike - thanks for the cruisin suggestion - I'm down with that! Got to tell u I got new toys today in the mail - Captains of crush 1 & 1.5! Thank god I didn't get the 2or 3! LOL - those mothers are hard to squeeze! Feels great tho - I rarely grip anything that hard - I should get a nice little forearm pump out of those! So different that the ones i had in HS! The handles are almost abrasive - so no slipping! Dlove has some good suggestions for hedbanging R&R there - I just downloaded some of that last nite for when I get back into squats! LOL Interesting that the dbol knocks your sox off 'cause for me it was really mellow - hardly noticed it at all except for the water gain and the pumps. Which Test are you doing ATM?

^^^^ Yup that's it - they are quite amazing - def not for sissys! LOL I think I am going to like these alot. At first i thot I would keep them in the car and do them on the way to work, but they are so tough that I think I am going to do "sets + reps" like any other lift. Only problem I can see is that they won't develop your thumb muscles, but def the pad & all 4 fingers. I got a great pump in mu forearms doing afew sets last night!
 
I dont know Milky, a week of not training because of my lower back and pretty low cal eating and my weigth is up 2pounds, and im visibly leaner!!! This stuff is just unreal...

Ok so been doing high volume stuff thats mostly concentrated as it wont involve my imflamed back. Did bicep+tricep today. Now i thougth Dboll pump was impressive but OMG!!! I swear my arms grew atleast an inch from the blood flow there!! It was so effin painful, i couldnt move my arms to take off my shirt, once i could, had a shower and got dressed. Picked up my mobile to make a call but couldnt put it to my ear because of the pump in my bicep. Good times!!!!
