Please go slow, I went fast in my quad and i went into shock when I hit a nerve. I woke up on the ground in my room sweating, thinking HOW DID I GET HERE!!!!! I was scared.

I think its easy, I do seated quad shots. All I do is put pressure on it and spin the pin in circles back and forth. Before I know it its all the way in. No pain then I do my thing slowly and pull it out slowly. If you have to rush just dont wait and do it with time...Its easier than it seems...

No one ever listens to me on this one. Use regular ice to deaden the spot and then remove the ice quickly, swab and injection--fast or slow--it works totally without pain. As for actually pushing the fluid out of the syringe: do it slow and the pain will less after the shot.

I go pretty slow with it, especially in my quads cause I almost always hit a nerve.......put I just keep going slowly and it doesn't hurt much.

I always like to watch the whole thing too, I never look away.........its kinda weird I guess, but I like the injection and watching the oil go in.

I've dinged nerves a couple times and I just cant imagine how going real fast would feel when I hit a nerve again.

I slap the area with my hand. The skin stings briefly. I then slam home the goods ! Once in I do inject very slowly. It might take up to 2 -3 min for 3 to 5 cc injec.
