So a great training week !!

Sunday: Biceps
Monday: Chest/Triceps and calves
Tuesday: Back and biceps
Wednesday: Legs (ouch...still sore as of Saturday May 26th)
Thursday: Shoulders
Friday: Hamstrings
Saturday: Triceps/Biceps/Calves
Sunday (Tomorrow): Back and traps

Trained hard...trained intense and very heavy. Up four (4) lbs this week in body weight. The post contest stiffness is almost gone. Still on the daily regime of GEAR/GH/PEPs' at the top of this thread. I'm holding a bit of water at this point but I think it's because I have re-introduced slight amounts of sodium back into my post contest diet. Anyway...I'll let the pics do the talking. Pictures are current as of today at noon !!
 
May 29th update...STOPPING MELATONAN II Today !!

UPDATE:

I'm stopping the Melatonan II immediately !! The reason ?? Fuck people...it makes you dark...and when you're already dark it makes you almost purple...serious...

I'm caucasian....but tan like a motherfukker. I can go outside in 60 degree temps and get tan lines in 5 minutes....serious.

So anyway...I wake up this morning and brush my teeth...well it looked like I sucked off Barney the purple dinosaur. My fiancee looked at me and told also that my freckles are growing at an alarming rate. (Sorry no pics). The areas around my eyes are getting darker than the rest of my skin.

SO ?? I'm stopping it immediately...I'll go off it for 3 weeks then perhaps do 250 mcg's every 4 days or so and see where it takes me.

My weight this morning is 287 lbs...and I'm getting more vascular day by day...I can't tell you what is cutting me up...perhaps the Tren ? maybe the GHRP-6 ? I dunno'...but I'm feeling "it"

Definite changes...did a hard chest/shoulders and calves today. JACKED !! Have slight striations in my traps at 287 ! Shoulders are growing large and I'm concentrating on growing my lower chest to combat my water retention at show time. (For some reason I hold water around my lower chest ...see pic below...:insane:). Anyway...today:

CHEST:

Decline bench X 10 sets up to and including 365 for 10 easy reps
Incline bench X 5 sets up to and including 315 for 10 easy reps
Cable X-overs X 5 sets just to fuck over my pecs LOL

SHOULDERS:

Plate loaded presses X 8 sets
Upright rows X 5 sets
Dumbbell flies for X 5 sets

CALVES:

Seated calf raises X 15 sets.

Tomorrow ?? FUCKING LEGS !!!!

Damn bro you are going to be big, as for the melanotan, yea havent messed with it either yet, seems hard to get dialed in for most people

No disrespect to who ever is in the pics, but did anyone else see that thats not the same guy. The tats are on different sides. Forearm tat is on left arm one shot and on right arm one shot. Same with shoulder, switches every picture.
 
He is the same guy bro, some are probably taken in a mirror others straight on. I doubt there is a guy running around with the same tats just mirrored. If there was that would be crazy

Totally agree...my coach has pointed out my lower chest is weak...

Just hammering decline exercises for now...

My chest is 57" right now...will be nice once the lower half fills in !!
