^^ She is strong too...with tons of stamina...she teaches on all different levels...Yoga..Pole dancing...Pilates. She is a 20 year veteran figure skater and actually did two bodybuilding shows in the early 90's. Beautiful all around...you would never guess she is 40 !!!!!
 
So on June 1st a buddy of mine sent me a youtube clip with the theme of bodybuilding motivation. Intense....and eye opening. It showed me I don't train hard enough...and that the way I train will never allow me to win and be where I want to be.

So me being the sadistic bastard I am I decided to hammer my body for two straight weeks. One day of rest since June 1st. Only one day. Train what isn't sore and soldier on. My last 15 days:

1: Chest and triceps
2: REST
3: Legs
4: Shoulders, triceps and calves
5: Back and biceps
6: Chest
7: Legs
8: Shoulders
9: Legs (Broken toe)
10: Back, biceps and calves
11: Chest and triceps
12: Legs
13: Shoulders and calves
14: Biceps and triceps
15: Legs

No set schedule. Some body parts trained every other day. Some trained every 3 days...etc...etc....etc. Today I trained legs. First time squatting since the shattered toe. Fucking hurt...but I managed to go deep with 405 for 5. Not a big weight at all but man I have to say the toes are crucial for balance. I sit here typing to you fellas and my body feels drained. Tomorrow is back and biceps then Sunday I'm putting myself into a protein induced coma. Have a 15 lb turkey awaiting with all the fixings !!! Strength is waaaaay up...but I am reluctant to go into the danger zone full throttle. Next week for sure. Things get serious from here on in. November 12th is the show. August 20th my diet starts. I'm growing into the show..bound and fucking determined. 270 on stage is the goal. I want to walk on stage and people to gasp in disbelief. I want to pull a rear lat spread and drown out the fucking lights. I want to stand there and shake my arm and have my bicep/tricep crash off each other like many competitors do with their quads. I'm going to kill this show. People will remember this day. GuaranFUCKINGteed. Anyway...

Saturday June 16th.

After training 13 straight days I am optioning for today off. I'm so sore after my leg workout. Like a flu like sore although I'm not sick...this is when I know I pushed hard enough to push the envelope but not hurt myself in the danger zone.

Well deserved to me. I'm starting another 14 day stretch tomorrow. I will win this show. Second place is only the first loser.

I know I'm hard on myself....but this is my last show...I'm going out guns blazing !!

Def following this thread bro. You are fucking insane and inspirational. My training has got much more intense recently also. Props man.
 
All I can say is much props Kentucky! My dream is to someday enter a bodybuilding competition. If you don't mind me asking how are you able to financially support yourself during this amazing journey? And good luck to ya!!
 
So 10 days more training...getting fucking strong !! Weighed in this morning at 297 lbs. Still have slight "abbage" but a bit of "cabbage" as well. No biggie...still lean and loving life and food ! Consuming 500 grams + of protein per day and roughly 300 grams of carbs. My goal weight by September 1st is 325...but that is a flexible number as I still want to look appropriate and not like a fucking water bag.

Training from the 16th to today:

16th: REST !!!! WAHOOO !!!
17th: REST !!!! FUCKING 2 DAYS STRAIGHT :P
18th: Back and Biceps
19th: Legs and Calves
