I think Kentucky had a blazing Lat Pump and all that blood rushing to his muscles has made him pass out for a few days. I am sure he will be back soon to answer our questions

Thanks guys !!! Well i had a bit of misfortune...had a 45 lb plate fall from the squat bar and land on my big toe. I wasn't even watching..no clue how it happened but it did ! Completely shattered into 5 pieces. I still managed to finish my leg workout though !!

Training is going awesome....loading the protein like mad. My weight is presently 291 lbs and holding water. A bit of belly fat going on but the abs are still somewhat noticeable. Strength is increasing daily. Trained chest last night and was able to bench 315 for 27. I didn't go 405 as my joints are still adjusting. I'll get some pics up tomorrow or the next day !!

I can assure you isn't what I said LOL...that was leg day 4 days ago. Trained legs again today but only minimal leg presses and 30 sets of extensions. Have to be dynamic I guess...I'll concentrate on my tear drops the next 6 weeks and will increase squatting and leg press as I can.
 
Muther Fuckin Ouch.... You need a pair of steel toe boots; They've saved my toes on a number of occasions in the gym.

^^^ TOTALLY AGREE !! It is a setback..but will provide an opportunity to do massive amounts of extensions every 72 hrs for a 6 week period. A blessing in disguise perhaps ?? we'll see !!

This injury only affects my leg training...everything else is great !
 
Aggg bro that looks like shit. And right in the middle of training that sucks. Hope it heals up man, and keep it aired out. Gym socks and shoes plus wounded feet = infections fast.

Gotcha FF...yeah...tonight is operation "remove toe nail" to relieve the pressure of the blood build up. FAWK. No biggie ...this won't slow me down in the least...

"Operation remove Toenail" does not sound like fun. How about switching it to Operation Enduring Training :-)

So a shitty crackberry picture....sorry fellas. 292 lbs today. I'm feeling strong like an ox but I'm afraid to really push hard as of yet. Trained shoulders today and behind the neck pressed 225 lbs for a fairly easy 25. I moved on to the cybex plate loaded shoulder machine and managed 10 plates (five a side) for an easy 15. Went on to dumbbell flies and hammered off 8 sets there. Finished it off with nice and slow 405 barbell shrugs. Good burn....no aches...

I always equate my training to strength and speed. The strength is always there but sometimes things go up a bit harder than usual (lack of speed). When the speed is there I always say that is my danger zone. That's the point where I feel like I could lift anything regardless. That is how I tore my bicep last October. I was training back and was finishing off after a brutal workout. I figured I'd burn out with bent over rows...yeah...135...225...315 ...with ease....strict...then I got cocky and stupid. 405 on the bar...bent over...banged out 5 with ease...then ...POP...it tore. My danger zone bit me. So ever since then I'm cautious. Perhaps too cautious...but I continue to grow !!

Anyway enough rambling...sorry for the shitty cellphone pic. Biceps and Triceps tomorrow...and then legs on Friday. I'll make sure I bring my camera to the gym.

I just wanted to take a second and thank you all for following this thread. Self admittedly I am pushing the limits with this run to my show. I don't RECOMMEND this for anyone. I want to see how far and how hard I can push. I also want to thank my fiancee for supporting me. She is a supportive...caring...beautiful ...intelligent...and god damned sexy woman. I love you babygirl !!
