i been training for 3 years now. ive had some good gains naturally,but have hit a plateau for quite some time now. ive changed my diet, routine, supplements, the whole 9 yards..and im ready for my first cycle. im 6ft 205lbs, i have decent mass but would like to get more ripped and get to around 245. i have access through a teamate to some swedish products but looking for some suggestions on my cycle and tack from some pros before i consult my teamate. thanks, much appreciative.
