Gunning for 250lbs this winter, you?

All things are temporary.
I'm gonna try to hit 250lbs by the end of this winter. Its a lofty goal but I was 237 last bulk so I think I can do it, but KNOW I can get close :D

Took a trip to costco today and it looks like this:

30lbs Chicken breasts
30lbs Salmon Filets
20lbs oatmeal ( no, not instant)
3lbs turkey lunch meat
6lbs walnuts
6lbs almonds
6lbs greek yogurt
12lbs egg whites
11lbs bean, pea, lentil blend ( good fiber and protein)
4lbs ribeye ( not a lean cut but delicious)
36 protein bars
5lbs whey

Okay first of all I have a lot of brown rice in storage already, 10 lbs or so, also WAAAAY more steak. I buy my produce a few times a week, I like fresh veggies and all that stuff but have a lot frozen too... can't stand wilted spinach salads so there is no getting out of a grocery trip weekly.

I just buy whey and bars at the superstore, all the other supplements/ protein is from gnc or nutrishop.

Winter is for bulking right?! What weight are you guys aiming for? How many cals you all eating while bulking on cycle?
 
Currently at 215, been here for about a month or two. Aiming for 230, taking in 4000 cals, 350+carbs, 100+fats, 250+ protein. And a mean workout routin on top of that. thats one hell of a grocery list bro lol keep pushing and get those 13lbs!
 
Jealous of the food bro, my goal is 250-255 range. Im 238 now. The more I get into bodybuilding the less im caring about weight tho. As long as my physique is improving. Water/fat doesnt impress me anymore ha. Best of luck!
 
Not really sure what "setting a weight goal" accomplishes, honestly. If you're weight x, and your goal is to be weight y within an amount of time... then you're probably accomplishing that goal at the expense of leanness. Especially if you were 237 last time around and are now trying for 250. So whats the point? But good luck
 
I usually throw them in the blender with a scoop of protien powder.....

for new years I am going to do a scoop of this white powder my rican dealer sells me :devil:

Yeah bro its only 13 pounds. I understand where your coming from about staying lean. Understand I want power not looks though.
My primary job is a construction worker, not an underwear model!
 
Sitting at 225 right now. Haven't cycled in well over a year. Shooting for 240 by April . With a little help from a test/Deca/Dbol run. Wish me luck!
 
try not to be so lean in your diet, damn if your bulking i found eating anything as well as your daily lean meals help me inprove my size/weight in no time, fuck i even add some fast food to the source as well bulking and alot of garbage foods like pizza and chips ect, lol, love fuckin bulking, why not man u got a shirt to cover that shit in the off season lmao :) cheers bro best of luck
