This will be my first time with sarms. I'm very excited and I hope my log will help others. Thanks sarmsearch and true gritt for the opportunity to log gw

Starting stats
181 pounds
10-12%bf
8 years lifting experience
Goal is a weight drop of around 6 pounds and increase in endurance

My first impression of the gw. bottle looks very professional and clean as stated this is my first run with sarms. Taste was pretty bad but did not bother me. I am dosing it at 20mg 30 mins before workouts and non training days first thing in the morning.

I Train 6 days a week high intensity with 3 days of steady state and 2 days of hit so gw was a obvious choice for me. Tonight hit gym to soon to see anything, I will be updating this thread very often. Any one interested in gw stick around and check out my results
 
those are some nice stats man, 10-112% bf at 180 is amazing , coming from someone who is at 180 with 15%bf lol

Thanks bro I've Ben at it for a while I used to always want to be the biggest guy as I grew up on the skinny side. But when I got to what I consider big 205 I didn't feel good. I've alwats Ben addicted to running and at that weight my knees felt it highly. So I dropped and decided aesthetics is the look I wanted to achieve. lowest I ever got to was 8% stayed there for a while decided to bulk now I'm hovering around 12% again that is a estimate based on how I look now compared to when I was at 8%. I'd like to stay sub 10% year around. I count macros am very strict with my diet so I feel it is a achievable goal. I am very excited to try these different sarms and what each one will give me as far as results. This is my first log ever and my log seems plain but I will get better and include more as I start seeing results at the early stages there won't b too much to report. But all I've read I should b in for a good ride
 
My wife ain't to thrilled with posting pics on the net but if she is ok with it I will post pics because so many people say they are 12% buy really no where near that. So I can't promise pics but I will try gotta keep the wife happy

don't worry bro, you are doing fine. just post whatever you would expect to read when you search up that certain product. its my 2nd log ever lol so you'll learn .

Day 2:
Took gw first thing upon waking taste is not so bad I'm already getting used to it. today is a non training day but I still do cardio. Did 35 mins of steady state on the stair master. I hit it the with the same intensity as always but this time I went 5 mins longer Than I had planned on doing, felt good so I surpassed my 30 min target. What surprised me was the fact I didn't sweat as much as I usually do, usually at 30 mins I'm ready to get off but today I felt good could be all in my head but if it's the gw I know I'm going to enjoy this run!
 
Day 3:
Back and bicep day. Took gw 20 mins pre workout along with some caffeine. Today was a crazy good workout rest periods were 1 min max and I still managed to hit every rep of every set. I can definitely tell gw is doing something it's not like a night and day difference yet but it is noticeable which surprises me because it's only the 3rd day. Finished the workout in about 1.5 hrs and did 20 mins of hiit on the treadmill jog speed at 5, sprint at 11 completed the hiit easily. Im looking foreward to every day to see what this gw will do for me. Only complaint is the taste it's not super horrible but I definitely don't look foreward to taking it

Chest and shoulders. Today woke up early took my gw and took off for the gym. Today's workout was crazy my motivation is so high it's crazy could be in my head but I feel the gw is doing its job. Had a refeed last night so had extra energy today. Weigh in today of 177.6 new low for this cut. Did lots of supersets dropsets all in all felt like a beast thru the whole workout.
Macros for this cut is 175c 225p and 44 fat I know some may say carbs are too low but I have Ben at this for a while and keeping carbs semi low works great for me and one refeed per week keeps me on track. I'm loving gw so far and also didn't post that I hit cardio twice yesterday first hiit on the treadmill and pm I hit a street run if 2.5 miles.

Legs and triceps. Today was a great day killed my workout and did 45 mins on the stair master which I've never done that long b4 I can say the gw is working good. New con the bottle came with a dropper and the markings are about gone but I have a different one from my old research chemicals I'm using now. Other than that loving the gw

Imo based on my results taking gw preworkout gives you the best results based on what I hAve seen from other logs also. Short log today worked out very late will be more detailed tommarow. 6 days In and I really like gw i would like to see how gw would work in a cycle I will try that in the future maby I will include gw in my show prep

No pr's but again I'm cutting and still feel very strong and rest times are very short. Weighed in today at 176 even looking foreward to the rest of this cycle. I'm not having a single side effect unless high levels of endurance is a side effect.

I feel ya on the GW bro...I am also currently taking it and it def gives you that crazy endurance right before your workout...the kind of that you just don't want to leave the gym, lol. Good shit bro!
