Have you told your doctor your juicing ?

I am not sure, but i do know that if you tell your doctor that you smoke cigarettes, he writes it in his notes so he doesnt forget. Insurance companies have access to doctor's notes. I think you just have to ask the doc not to make a record of it.

4everbulking is correct that you can't get in trouble with the law whatsoever.

I didn't know all this my doc is a P.A I've told him everything and he seemed cool with it just that we have to do blood work keep an eye on things. I never asked if he was keeping records of our discussions. This coming year I'm changing insurance to Kaiser will there be a trail of my records?

In Canada, it doesn't matter what you tell your doctor. We have universal health care. We can't be turned away from future treatments...

Interesting , so how about if you used to get alot of test from ur personal doctor because i needed it, then a v.a. doctor also prescribes it. as i know now that its legal because of prescription does that make a diffrence in the long run with life insurance.?

Your doc needs to know what you are doing incase of an emergency. If your doc has no idea and somethong happens their ignorace could mean your death. I guess am luck that I am on a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) regiment but I will also tell my doc my plans next time I see him because when he draws BT again I am sure that a weekly shot of 250 will be a lot different than a biweekly shot. I am sure that I will get the spiel of the dos and donts of testosterone use but am 40 what the fuk is he going to say to me that will make me stop. I felt like death warmed over for over a year. I guess if I die I just want to be burried in a big fuking box. lol

He's right in any case your protected by doctor-patient confidentiality

I've had some experience in legal matters and I've had some experience working with people that are subject to medical privacy laws. While the laws are out there and it is illegal to disclose private medical information, there are lots of exceptions to that general rule. Beyond that, legal or illegal, people talk. It is a small world. I am of the opinion that you want to keep your A.S. use as private as possible. There are lots of ways for law enforcement and lawyers to get around medical privacy rules and get to you if they know you're doing something illegal. Also, most people will never understand your A.S. use and you may find yourself with a reputation you don't want when it comes to getting a job or making friends.

And then there is the whole medical insurance can of worms. If I was personal friends with a doctor I REALLY trusted, I *MIGHT* tell them I use A.S., but I would think long and hard about it and the potential consequences.

I dated a nurse years ago and was invited to a huge Christmas party filled with surgeons. I've never seen so many stoners in all my life, including my frat days. :) Almost all of these docs/nurses were sneaking to the back deck to toke up. My girl warned me that this was an off the record party and to keep it on the down low. Makes you wonder if these guys and gals do this more than just once a year... They're good people and a few were/are top surgeons in town. It just surprised me to see them acting like kids. I didn't see one drunk at the party, but plenty of potheads.

The docs are highly unlikely to rat you out. I know many doctors today and they truly care about your health and well-being. The compassion is real. It takes a special type of person to be a doctor.

I am a medical consultant and can tell you that there is a specific relationship between PAs and their supervising physician. The doctor is required to review up to 25%(number may vary by state) of all PA patient medical records. I would be careful as your AS usage might not be as private as you hope.

Yea she can't say anything. I tell my doctor everything and she's cool with it, she just makes me take blood tests frequantly.

yeah till you try to get life insurance or health plan then your fucked.
I have lost count of howmany times I have said this....

THEY MAKE YOU SIGN OVER THE RIGHT TO LOOK AT YOUR MED RECORDS!! IF you say no (yes your RIGHT) YOU GET DENIED/SHITTY DEAL!

I ALWAYS tell EVERYONE NOT to tell there doc about illegal off script aas use. it will bit you in the ass MANY years later. (or soon if you happen to apply)
abscess? it was from B12 shot. high test levels from blood test? you where taking some legal herbal supplement thats supposed to boost test and muscle mass. <---- most you can say this for.

I feel bad for those that have already told their doc....

We are bound to put all results on record. And once that goes on your record, there could be problems when changing your medical insurance as your records are thoroughly reviewed. If you get a doctor who is willing to risk not putting your information on record, you could get away with it. But honestly I would never risk it as a doctor as I could have my license stripped.

THIS----^

Thank you very much MD!

they are not going to risk losing $$$ on you so I am sure they will look at them yes.

A Doc being "cool with it" means shit. (not directed to you)

ummmmm I am also in Canada and telling you, you are wrong in thinking you are safe.
how old are you?

We get free HEALTHCARE, but DRUG PLANS (like through work or on your own) or LIFE INSURANCE FOR YOUR FAMILY is the issue here. not being seen. thats the least of your issues.... of course you would bee seen, even in USA most likely. thats NOT the issue.

It is ILLEGAL in the United States for a health plan company to look at your medical records prior to writing you a policy.

For LIFE Insurance it is legal..

Health plans sometimes do NOT cover pre existing conditions for 12 months.

I am a licensed insurance broker.

I guess I'm fucked! Is there any way my work could find out? This was like 8 months ago when I told P.A I was using test

your work should not know at all. other then letting them know you are being denied (at worst), they could get into some serious issues of they told your work or other people about your medical info, only THEY where allowed to look at it.
There is some chance your doc didnt take note of what you said, you could ask him i think.

Ok thx I'm thinking he didn't but who knows he reminds me of a surfer stoner type guy so hopefully he didn't take notes but I'm worried cuz I had him bloodwork to see if my test was real and he said it was sky high so he might have had to note why

I'm 39. It's not like the states. AAS use is not illegal. What am I missing? You're saying if it's on record you did a cycle that they'll refuse health insurance? My work's drug plan?
Life insurance I could see. But do life insurance companies check medical records? Probably not. You do have to state that you have a clean bill of health, but they can't access it themselves.
You got me thinking, though. In the future I'll play it safe and say b12 or some herbal test boosters. Better safe than sorry.

Lol a lot more people smoke weed than we think, I used to smoke a shit load of weed and the women I would buy it from was a big time dealer where I live, she told me a few times of lawyers, doctors and others buying weed from her. She'd call them her ''big fellows''

& I also came very close to telling my family doctor when I went for blood work, last minute after he asked why I wanted to check my test, estro, HDL/LDL, I told him it was because I took some m1t a few years ago when it was legal and just wanted to check if everything was alright lol, he then started talking about AAS and the negative side effects, The usual ''you get super huge fast, and as soon as you stop taking them you become small, with a shitload of loose skin'' Typical steroid stereotype...
