Hello Everybody... let me introduce myself...

I just signed-up to this forum the other day, and I want to say what a great site this is! I've been lurking at this one, and a number of other sites, and I get a good vibe from your forum.

I'll be 38 years old in July 2012. I began training back in 9/2004. Back then, I was 6'4" and 385+ lbs; I was obese and quite sick--migraines, acid reflux, insomnia, etc...

I began a program of diet and exercise the natty way and got down to 200 lbs by 5/2011. I feel much better today than in the past; most of the aformentioned problems are gone.

However, I bulked in the Fall, fell off the wagon for the first time in nearly 7.5 years, and I am getting back on track lately. I am consistently in the gym 5 days a week and doing cardio the other two days.

If you believe in somatotypes, I am the classic endomorphic body type.

I also learned in recent years that I have low T. (Well, the doctors don't believe that's the case, because without any natural test boosters my Test is around 280ng/dl and if I supplement with Tribex or pine bark or some other stuff that elevates T without shutting down your own production like Elevate by Pride Nutrition, it only goes up roughly 100 ng/dl. And what's the doctors' response, not HRT, but ED meds. They'll give me scripts for ED meds and get literally uncomfortable/angry if I tell them my symptoms and respectfullly ask for Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). How do you like that!?!)

Anyhow, I feel I have gone as far as I can with the natty route. And, I do not feel my apperance reflects what I feel compelled to be. And, I do not "feel" as I should either with the low T levels. I am looking to better myself.

Nonetheless, I am not one to jump into anything, I know discipline, and I am suspicious of a lot of the stuff that is marketed out there. So, in the interim, I am just going to soak up information and take in your experience, knowledge and wisdom. If I can contribute anything of value, I will. But, you can be sure that I will seek your input in the future.

I look forward to getting to know you, and the forum, in the time to come.

Best regards,
TC (Kreiger)
