I really wanna upgrade my training
Im working AB
age 20
Train 1.5 years
English is not a mother lang so i hope you will understand all my describings

A
CHEST
bench press 8X4
flyes with dumbels without ant incline 10X4
incline (30 degrees) press with dumbels 10x4

BYCEPS
lift a barbel 10X4 (drop set)
90 degree on a chair 8X3(drop set)
standing hammer 10X3

TRICEPS
kick back 12X3
france press 10X4
working on a machine while siting 8X3

B
BACK
saw with dumbells 10X4 each hand
pully 10X4
raw mechine 8X4

SHOULDERS
preass while sitinge 10X4
raising both hands to the side 10X3
raising both hands FORWORD 12x3 (drop set)

LEGS
BOTH EXRECISR ON A MECHINE
Knee prss 12X5
the one you push youre legs from 90 degree while siting 10X5
 
I suggest for your 1st workout chest, tris then shoulders and for your 2nd legs, back then biceps

Work the biggest muscles 1st

then just change up your exercises to stimulate new muscle growth
