help me with moon face !!!!

Hi guys ,

I was using finasteride for more than 5 years. Without mu knowledge my face gain more fat or water retenstion , but my face became puffy (moon face) my cheek bone and facial bone is not visible, my body is lean and face is big, but before taking this finasteride my face was lean flat not puffy at all. I am daily going to gym and doing thread mill with inclined position but no improvement in face fat but body getting lean ....

I also tried taking Aldactone for water retention for one week but no improvement , so i stopped , i guess estrogen is higher so i found the below medicine

Aromasin or Arimidex
Cardarine (GW-501516)
N2Guard

can any one give me your experience and sides of the above medicine ? will Aromasin really work in my case ? help me guys thank u

You probably should get bloodwork before you start tossing stuff down your mouth...

I took cortisol and tyroid test , both are normal.

1.Below is my Cortisol test result

Immuno Assay : Cortisol - Morning Sample (Serum/CMIA)
Observed value Biological : 18.7
Reference Interval : 3.7 - 19.4 mg/dl

2. Below is my Tyroid test :

Test Description
Immuno Assay : Free T3 (Serum/CMIA)
Observed value Biological : 2.96
Reference Interval : 1.71 - 3.70 pg/ml

Immuno Assay : Free T4 (Serum/CMIA)
Observed value Biological : 0.92
Reference Interval : 0.89 - 1.76 ng/dl

Immuno Assay : T S H (Serum/CMIA)
Observed value Biological : 0.85
Reference Interval : 0.35 - 5.50 mg/dl

Since my cortisol and tyroid is normal , i assume my finasteride increased estogen in me and made face puffy, but i did nt take estrogen test, i dont know the technical name to say i need estogen blood test. .... could you guys help me in giving
right blood test name for estogen count? i live in india where only some clinic will be good not all..... so we should be strong in knowing terminology to get things done. thanks guys

@Megatron28 , i didn't unserstand your signature bro ... i am living in India , so i cannot take blood work in your place. so can you please give me exact test name like for tyroid we will say t4 ans t3 like wise can you please tell me the exact term ? and also please give me 2 to 3 days time to post my Total Testosterone and Estradiol blood work out result. thank you

Even though you can't get the panel from the place I refer to in my signature, you can look at it and see what labs are included in the panel. Then you will know what to get

I checked second link of signature m there in "Hormone panel for male" i found :
-Estradiol, Sensitive
-Testosterone (Free) , Serum (Equilibrium Ultrafiltration) With Total Testosterone

for "Estradiol, Sensitive" no doubt, but Testosterone has 2 test, 1. Testosterone (Free) and 2.Serum (Equilibrium Ultrafiltration) With Total Testosterone ? so i should take Serum (Equilibrium Ultrafiltration) With Total Testosterone right ? thanks in advance

NO! That gave him moon face. DO NOT take more testosterone to get rid of moon face. Lol.

Yes. Take what is available. Make sure they provide reference ranges for males with the results.

Sooooo my first question would always be, how is your diet and are you keeping your water intake high? I get strong moon face after drinking alcohol in any amounts. Booooo
