Help with a Test e workout.

At the moment im working out each mucle once a week, 6 days a week, one mucle group a day, and abs every other day. This is a workout ive been using before cycle that i just started. Should i move up to each muscle twice a week? tips would be appreciated. A basic workout of this would be like Day1-Chest/back Day2-legs/biceps Day3-Shoulders/Triceps Day4-Chest/back Day5-legs/biceps Day6-shoulders/triceps with abs every other day.
 
In my opinion hitting the muscle 2x a week is optimal even if youre not on gear. The trick is not to overdo it with too much volume.
