help with my ab routine

ok heres the deal. I'm about 6'0.5, approximately 190 lbs now, and have been bulking. However, my problem is that even under the fat I now carry on my stomach, my abs are not nearly hard enough, nor do they stick out nearly enough. (especially the lower abdominals) They are lacking behind the rest of body, and I'd like help with an ab routine I can do 2-3 times per week. What would you guys suggest? I was experiemting with a bunch of different ones tonight (crunches, twisting crunches, reverse crunchesm weighted side bends etc) How many sets per work out, and exactly how often per week aswell. Thanks for your help.
 
3 exercises 3 sets to failure. Start with lower abs, I find these to be the hardest.
Hanging leg raises( pake shure you include a pelvic thrust to activate your lower abs or your hip flexors will dominate this movement)
Abdominal ball crunches
Twisting ab crunches(don't use to much wieght)
 
Pipes listed a very good routine. Mine is very similar and as long as you try to keep adding reps or weight each week then you are golden.
