Hey guys. Been on test cup injections for the last couple years. average doing between 150 mg a week and 200.
Could somebody give me a break down of adjustments i should focus on? I also do .5 of AI once a week the day after shot
Thanks man. How much protein should i be consuming? Im 185 pounds. I def eat a ton of protein. Guess I'm join to have to start weighing it out.
Also im injecting .75 ml cyp every 6 days of a 210 mg/ml bottle of test cup. What does that put my weekly dose at?
Is this blood work a peak or trough reading? Your TT is on the high side for TRT although if it is a peak value with injections every 6 days that isn't too bad.
Do you donate blood regularly? Hematocrit is getting up there.
Talk to you doc about your lipids. Getting a cardiac calcium scan might be a good idea.
its my trough reading. Should i take it down a bit? What do you suggest for injections?

Seems you should know a little more about all this with a couple years experience...?

My few observations...
1) BUN and BUN/C Ratio... not too much to worry about. I have had those exact same levels for the past 10 years. Dr isn't overly concerned
2) Don't lower your protein intake, that's silly talk. Unless you are taking in like 2g of protein for every lb, then you are just fine. Much over that seems to be a waste.
3) Your diet sucks and is hurting cholesterol. Don't be lazy and mess with statins. Try a strict paleo type lifestyle. To start it right, I would do something like "Whole 30". Check out the book "It Starts with Food" if you have no idea how to eat properly
4) Depending on when you injected, your total t is too high for TRT. Try switching to something more basic, like 50mg E3.5D. Or even your current dose, but spread to E3.5D.
5) You have thyroid issues to address. TSH is too high. T4 looks too low. This could be fixed via meds such as levothyroxine (t4) or armour (combo t3/t4).
6) Your sensitive e is dreamy.

Once again thanks. Im going to address all these issues immediately. I appreciate all the advice.
Just remember, everything said here is to be taken as a tool in bettering yourself... not end all be all facts. Keep that in mind when reading my comments, as well as everyone elses. At the end of the day, we are mostly just guys who also have hormone issues, and have hung around this message board or others for wayyyy to long
Unfortunately, some message board junkies know more than half the Drs prescribing TRT right now...
