I suggest you copy and paste from your PDF into the post instead of attaching it... it has your full name, etc.

Looks like you are consuming too much protein (BUN is quite high).

Also, your lipids are not great... you are probably pushing it dose-wise for long term treatment. You could look into red yeast rice or statins. Make sure you're doing all you can diet wise to bring your HDL up.

E2 looks good, low if anything at a ratio of over 60 to 1.

Thanks man. How much protein should i be consuming? Im 185 pounds. I def eat a ton of protein. Guess I'm join to have to start weighing it out.
Also im injecting .75 ml cyp every 6 days of a 210 mg/ml bottle of test cup. What does that put my weekly dose at?

0.75ml * 210mg/ml * 1/6days * 7days/1week = 183.75mg/week

Dehydration can skew lots of test results... best to go in normally hydrated. I'd cut back on the protein about 25 or 30 percent and test again.

A.I. should be dosed E3D at most. Its not really effective once a week.
I knows its a pain...but try injecting two times per week. You might be able to discontinue the a.I.

Is this blood work a peak or trough reading? Your TT is on the high side for TRT although if it is a peak value with injections every 6 days that isn't too bad.

Do you donate blood regularly? Hematocrit is getting up there.

Talk to you doc about your lipids. Getting a cardiac calcium scan might be a good idea.

its my trough reading. Should i take it down a bit? What do you suggest for injections?

My few observations...

1) BUN and BUN/C Ratio... not too much to worry about. I have had those exact same levels for the past 10 years. Dr isn't overly concerned
2) Don't lower your protein intake, that's silly talk. Unless you are taking in like 2g of protein for every lb, then you are just fine. Much over that seems to be a waste.
3) Your diet sucks and is hurting cholesterol. Don't be lazy and mess with statins. Try a strict paleo type lifestyle. To start it right, I would do something like "Whole 30". Check out the book "It Starts with Food" if you have no idea how to eat properly
4) Depending on when you injected, your total t is too high for TRT. Try switching to something more basic, like 50mg E3.5D. Or even your current dose, but spread to E3.5D.
5) You have thyroid issues to address. TSH is too high. T4 looks too low. This could be fixed via meds such as levothyroxine (t4) or armour (combo t3/t4).
6) Your sensitive e is dreamy.

Protein is great when your body uses it to build tissue, but beyond a certain point it is counterproductive and only stresses your kidneys. An elevated BUN is a good indication that this point has been reached.

I shoot to keep my BUN at top of range or just above too, but 28/20 is quite a bit over.

That said, this test sure looks like the male hormone panel at privatemdlabs, and on mine the BUN range is 6-24, not 6-20. I wonder why.

exactly. Thank you. I come on the forums once every half a year. This is the first time my labs have come back having me concerned.
In the last two years my labs have always read pretty normal.

Just remember, everything said here is to be taken as a tool in bettering yourself... not end all be all facts. Keep that in mind when reading my comments, as well as everyone elses. At the end of the day, we are mostly just guys who also have hormone issues, and have hung around this message board or others for wayyyy to long :)

Unfortunately, some message board junkies know more than half the Drs prescribing TRT right now...
