In an attempt to cut back on caffeine laden tea & coffee, I am trying, to drink more herbal teas. Has anyone got a favourite? To be quite, honest I love this tea.
Yeah Everyday I try to get 5-6cups of Green Tea.
I add "stevia" type sugar, its 1.3jk per tablet.. and its just as sweet as a teaspoon of sugar.. great stuff.
For me it's green tea. Plenty of caffeine for a workout and helps with my metabolism. Thing is, good quality green tea leaves can cost you a small fortune. The tea bag types just don't cut the grade.
