I would like to chime in here to let BWJ know the truth. HGH works great man! Especially if you are under 25. I honestly think it works better.
I was 5'5 and trying to get big and I grew to 5'10 over the 2 years I ran HGH and I did notice my girth and length also increased but not anywhere near as much as my height.
Just be careful because you grow so much on HGH the pain is almost intolerable.

Kid your not listening. HGH is not going to make your dick any bigger, get that in your head. You need to have surgery which you cannot afford, except that you have a small penis, or you can waste the money you don't have on hgh and still have the same size penis.
