Is ldex immediate acting, or does it take awhile to kick in? I mean, if I needed to get my BP down quickly so up the dose to say 1mg ed, will this help?
i would have to disagree about adding femera, this drug can actually cause hypertension as a side effect as well as edema and thromboembolism (blood clots)

l-dex works quite quickly, I think .5mgs daily to start then .5mgs eod. My bp was getting a little high on my present cycle and I added fermera at 1.25mgs eod, and within a week I had marked improvement.
