High heart rate from testosterone

I've been doing HRT for several years now, and lately I've noticed that it has increased my heart rate to the point that it limits my workouts. I know it's the testosterone because my HR went down when I went off it for awhile. My resting HR is elevated, but once I start lifting, it can jump to the point where I get fatigued quickly and can't work nearly as hard or as long as I'd like to. It's seems to be really limiting my lifting gains. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks-

Tell us about your E2 as well.

What is your TRT protocol?

Start any new medications or stop any recently?

Any weight changes?

What are your resting and exercising heart rate numbers?

Age?

Blood pressure is okay. Hematocrit is a little high, I give blood every couple of months, no vassodilators/constrictors. Went to cardiologist, heart is fine.

What dose of Test and AI are you using?

Androgens I suppose have the effect to stimulate heart rate via increased metabolism, but this does not seem to be the issue as you say it means your cardiac capacity.

Have you tried using Cialis? Do you take caffeine/drink coffee? Caffeine jacks my heart rate and affects my workouts.
