Idk about his routine, I think i'd stay to really isolating single muscles. If you want to shred up just start tapering down your carb levels.
 
What's your current routine? I scrolled through a couple pages of your log, but just found workouts.

I consider it the 5x5 routine, basically I use the base workout for a muscle group Ex. Chest=Bench Press, Back=Deadlifts, Legs=Squats...etc. Then I throw in 2-3 exercises for that muscle group at 3-4 sets, 0f 8-12 reps.
 
Just maximize your cycle brah! your routine is fine.....if you're trying to lean up a bit towards the end i would cut down on you carbs a bit and maybe up the reps.

Fine Dark!! Ill stick with it, I just get bored easily, and I find that switching everything up causes me to push real hard. But I havent had issues with that since I started cycle, thats motivation enough. I guess Im just antsy in my pants!!!

I mean tweek it a bit here and there....reps, different lifts and stuf. The workout that Terry Cruz did was more for endurance and to STAY toned while he filmed. Don't bother with that shit.

How many days a week do you lift?
 
I have to agree with the board your workout seems to be kicking ass for you maybe up the reps in your core exercises for a change. The Cruz work out is a total change and will take some time to get in tune with. Since the timer is running or your cycle you may want to maximize your potential on and go for a total change off where there is no rush to adapt. when you posting new pics?

So just legit get rid of the 5x5 and start doing 4 sets of 10-12 reps, or something along those lines?!?!
