Maybe, I def havent noticed any knee pain yet, but Im taking it slow and steady.

I love Deadlifting, though I do it the Romanian way, IDK if that makes a difference.

Definitely diggin the cycle bro! Ive learned alot just following you and dahurts posts. Its tough getting the squats up to were you think they should be when your 6`5 man I know Im 6`3 with some lower back issues. The combination of being a little timid from back surgery and a little lazy for me makes it tough to get my squats to were they need to be. Im making it a point to push forward though. Do you do any actual neck exercises? I use the hip flexer machine and flip the pad all the way up and get on my knees. you can hit it side to side and front and back. people look at you kind of weird but its a good way to add an inch or 2 of thickness to your neck!

Dude I have the same issue with squats as in my bench is heavier . If I did half squats I could do alot more weight however I read this book "starting strength" by Mark Rippitoe. The book breaks down the basic exercises bench squat military deads it gives the anatomy and physiology of the moves. In squats he says that doing deep squats is much healthier for your knees and back then half squats. However deep squats I have been doing them for a few months are freaking tough It has been a very slow gain in weight food for thought check out that book its interesting but reads a bit like a text book

I've never tried the neck exercises,but I for sure am one of those guys that look at the dude doing neck exercises, haha. I will look into for sure.

I think Im rocking almost full squats, but I feel like my hips are going to un-hinge if I go any lower. Ill see if I can get my hands on that book!!

Did Back yesterday, and Im happy to say with not using gloves or wrist raps I finally built up my grip strength to make it through the whole back workout without being a lil bitch and whinning about not being able to grip anything lol. Feeling great today, I am for sure horny AS FUCK, my girl loves it!! I've had the best sex of my life the past couple days! Oh and I recently reached down to play with my balls, they are extremely shrunken, haha. I really dont care though. PIN tomorrow AM!!

Weighed in this morning cause I have not had a chance to weigh in this week, Im at 257 still, I honestly dont have a problem with it, I becoming leaner, wayyyy more vascular and thats still 18lb's gained in 5-6 weeks. Anywho, I did shoulders yesterday, PIN'ed this morning, went great, feeling great. Pics should be up by tonight or tomorrow.
