MARCH 16th DAY (30)

Feeling good this morning, got a better sleep last night that I have had in a while, I plan on getting lots of sleep this weekend if I can find the time. Did shoulder yesterday evening, felt ok, I was beat though.

SHOULDERS

SEATED BARBELL SHOULDER PRESS
135x12 WU, 225x5, 225x5, 225x5, 225x5, 225x5.

SUPER SET SIDE AND FRONT DELT RAISES.
1 set on each with 25lb dumbells, 2 sets of each with 30lb dumbells.

DUMBELL SHRUGS
100x12, 100x12, 100x11, 100x10.

WIRE MACHINE REAR DELT EXTENSIONS
20X15 WU, 25x13, 25x13, 25x12.

Wasnt as intense as I would have like but it was a good workout, just happy I got 225 down for Shoulder press. Off day today, might do a some abs on lunch, play some bball, or sauna it up!!

Damn son 225 OHP is pretty strong man!!

I did legs Yesterday instead of today, just to get a jump start on the week, I will most likely take a day off in the middle of the week, but it depends on how I'm feeling. Chest today. I did a PIN yesterday evening, went smooth, right Glute.

SINGLE LEG QUAD EXTENSIONS

FRONT+BACK LUNGES with 40lbs dumbells in each hand.

Do not take this wrong but have you injured your back or leg? I notice you bench more than you squat is why I ask please do not take offense I am only wondering.

I do have a history of some wicked lower back pain, so I never really got into squating, until recent. I hope to get my squat above my bench soon though lol. My backs been feeling really good lately, I've been stretching as often as possible which really helps. Being 6'5 and not having the greatest knees also doesnt help, and my final excuse is, I want to be able to play hockey my whole life, since I LOVE it, and squating mass amounts of weight will not help prolong my hockey career.
 
MARCH 20th DAY (34)

Feeling good today, except for the fact I cant eat till my blood test at 9. Did chest Yesterday evening, felt great again, I stayed at 315 for bench but I plan moving up next week to 320 or 325 MAYYYBEEEE haha. I should have some pics taken and posted by the end of the week.

CHEST

BENCH PRESS 5x5
135x15 WU, 315x5, 315x5, 315x5, 315x5, 315x5. It got easier as I progressed through the workout :)

USUAL FLY ROUTINE, except I did it opposite, started with the wires on the bottom working the upper chest, then middle, then up top working lower chest.

REVERSE GRIP BENCH PRESS
135x15, 205x10, 205x10, 205x10.

DECLINE BENCH PRESS
225x10, 225x10, 225x10.

My backs been feeling really good lately, I've been stretching as often as possible which really helps. I dont know man I think squatting right will help your knees! Awesome that your back is getting stronger and you seem to feel more confident that always helps!! 6'5 guys normally have an issue with deads due to the ROM I have a buddy that is 6'5 and he hates deads finds it hard not to round his back but he is getting better at it.

Maybe, I def havent noticed any knee pain yet, but Im taking it slow and steady.

I love Deadlifting, though I do it the Romanian way, IDK if that makes a difference.
