this thread has as much truth in it as "how much do you bench"

not even worth posting, im a big man, and i know im a big man...but by these responses im below average. boooooo!

I'm 5' 7" just weighed in at 183 and measured my arms at 15.75 I don't know my bodyfat but i'm pretty tight everywhere except my waist and I can definitly pinch over an inch. Not enough to be a gut but it's where all my fats at. I'm sure a photo isn't needed to prove 15.75. But I just can't believe this many huge stats in this thread without anybody posting any pics? Especially the guys who are my size/weight range on less with huge guns. I have to see these?!?

its sad that this is one of the more popular threads. we need a thread that asks how big are you legs, or how much can you squat.

Look up at the top of the page. See, right under "Steroidology.com", where it says "uncover the truth about modern...

...bodybuilding"???

Last time I checked, this was primarily a bodybuilding board, and as such, what's wrong with people being concerned about measurements of "showy" body parts?

If this was primarily a powerlifting board, then perhaps your concern might have some merit.

Id have to agree. I put just as much focus on my arm training as I do my legs and back, so forth. Id suggest that if a powderlifting stats thread be posted, gut size would be a must, you guys know your carrying some luggage :p

you have your views and i have mine.

dont forget that i am more than a pler. i make my living training folks. my experience shows that developing core strength leads to overall body development. I beleive this fact is mentioned in this thread by more than one poster.

i am surprised that you say my concerns carry no merit on this board. last time i checked BBers have legs. some have really big ones too. :D

I did not say your concerns, in general, carry no merit. I was referring, specifically, to your suggestion that there's something sad about arm measurements.

Do not get me wrong, I value your advice.

I wanna clarify this point further. Pullinbig, I was NOT criticising you, your training advice or your extensive knowledge, for which I have much respect. I was referring specifically to the comment "this is a sad thread. =0(" which I interpreted as a comment on the fixation with arm measurements. That is all.

no my comment was aimed at the number of responses, not the topic. i like big arms, i have a pair and my wife likes them too. she likes my other large body parts too. =0) no offence taken. just a misunderstanding that we have worked out. hell i am one of your biggest fans. literally. 314 at the gym wednesday. two week sinto a diet and i gained 4 lbs. upping my test may not have been the best move whilst leaning out. =0)
