How do most take Nolva

I am curious as to how most take Nolva, I have always just swallowed the tab but I have heard of some that chew them. I am not talking about IP stuff as I know those you need to chew, but actual Nolva.

Is there any difference?

The chewing thing came from IP's tabs being so hard, people chewed them to make sure they would be metabilized

Take tabs on an empty stomach with water. Chewed or not, don't see what difference it makes. It's not coated with anything in order to have a time-release effect- so I can't see chewing or swallowing being a factor.

Just swallow them.
