How do you pin your glutes successfully when your lats and tris get in your ways?

I can't scratch my back and I even struggle wiping my ass. And now it's frustrating because I can't even pin my glutes without moving my pin around because my lats and tris get in the way and my hands are shaking trying to stretch as far as possible and sometimes the pin slips out when i'm not even done pinning and wasted a bit of test plus they probably didn't even go deep into muscle tissue. Wish I had an arm like dhalsim or wish somebody can do it for me but I don't have that option.

I had bad experince with quad injection so that's out of question and I didn't even attempt shoulder afraid I'm gonna be sore and waste my cycle waiting for my shoulder to recover.

Any advice? It's my 2nd cycle (test only) and I feel like I wasted this cycle didn't get as much result as first one.
 
Pain is for pussys! Pin your fuckin delt and forget about pain there is no such thing!
Your shoulder won't be sore once you pin it, if it is work threw it!

i guess you can stop pinning then...... and i agree with 4everBulking, pain is for pussies

no offense brother, but if you cant turn sideways while looking in a mirror and pin your glute there is something wrong. its easy, you dont even have to turn that much. if Ronnie and the pros can do it with their proportions you should be able to do it to. practice

you can always pin tris and lats since you claim they are big and get in the way lol

check out spotinjections.com etc. ventro-gluteal pins are a breeze
 
The shoulders are not bad at all man. The first few shots I do in the glutes and then I hit the shoulders. If you really want to juice that bad you will battle through the pain. Once your gear kicks in and your body gets used to pinning you will not feel much pain. I hit my shoulder last night and hit a vein, so I re jabbed in the same shoulder and I am not sore at all today. Just make sure you aspirate and you will be good.
 
ur misunderstanding. trust me it's not the pain i'm worried about. it's not being able to maximize my work out. i couldn't do legs for two weeks when i pinned left quad because my test crashed above my knee and had my knee swelling for 3 weeks. that's what i'm concerned about if i pin delts. as far as glute pinning i do it directly above my cheek so it's fine to do it on the side of my cheek?

And I'm asking this because for whatever reason I won't be able to get on spotinjection website past few months and no I'm not being lazy or being too pussy to go on spotinjection.
 
Yeah, you'll still hit the muscle. Just use 1.5" @ at 45 degree angle into the medius...or ventro glute (you should feel next to nothing).
 
All the descriptions of ventroglute assume you can feel everything. I can feel my hip bone in front, but its unclear what to do next. Spotinjections only had dorselglute.
Anyone have a handy guide or pics or video?
i do thighs, but if i could add another site it would be nice. Like the OP, im not comfortable in flute since i can't rotate spine well due to injury.

I dont do quads either. I pinned some super test in my quad and got an infection, never again. But as stated above, glutes are easy, but if you cant do it, the delts are really no big deal. Ive had a lot more pip in my quads than in my delts. I really dont think you will have a problem. What are you pinning thats so painful?

Dude, there's nothing "painful" I have mentioned nothing about "pain" but for whatever reason people thought it was "pain" that was preventing me to pin and that I was too pussy to pin. I guess they didn't really read my post thoroughly.

I pin right in the middle of my ass cheek and it's getting more difficult because of my tris and lats get in the way when i twist around no BS. I'm not "bragging" I'm big if people are gonna take it wrong, I just want some helpful advice so this cycle can be successful.


I guess I'll do some research on delts. Like I mentioned, my knee swelling prevented me from leg workouts for weeks and it was frustrating because I couldve put on more mass while I'm on cycle. I wanna pin it right so I can avoid being off from gym due to incorrect pinning.

Smack dab in the middle of the ass cheek isn't optimal. That's basically right on top of the sciatic nerve. You want a little to the outside, but there's tons of spots to choose from: Glutes (maximus, medius, minimus, vento), Quads, Calves, Delts, Tri's, Bi's, Lats, & Traps. What's the worst that can happen if you go to a new spot? Little pip, bah!
 
Im surprised more people haven't said chest or calves if your that unflexible. But if you can wipe your ass, you can pin your glute.
 
There is good YouTube videos on doctors giving step by step shoulder injections. Give one a look and just go for it. The only reason people mentioned things about pain is because you said you don't want to do shoulder because your afraid it would be sore.
 
thanks for the good video... though you can tell docs don't give shots as often as nurses do. He's all about a sterile needle and then takes off the cap way early... and didn't wear gloves :evil:

Is that a 5/8 needle he used? Hate to use my 1.5" and stab my bone!

be nice to have some first person pov videos on the glute and delt shots.. thigh is a no brainer. AZN you gonna try delts?
 
one hand? that's a useful tip. have someone else do it? the point of the OP was help being more self sufficient.

maybe I'll just have to make my own videos to share. but then y'all'll have to look at my butt
