hey bro's
just wanted ur thoughts / cristism on my diet.
these are my stats
ecto-mesomorph(according to some bb online test), 23 y.o , 5,10 , 80kg , 12% bf.
goal - to gain muscle and loss fat (der).
currently i am eating and training in this way( i train 6 times a week one day rest )
7am- 8 egg whites 2 whole eggs
9am-cup of brown rice,chicken breast,1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
10am-11am-train(100%whey horleys post,l-glutamine 1 teaspoon)
12am-frozen vegies,round steak
3am-frozen vegies,basa fish,almonds
6am-frozen vegies,round steak
9am-almonds,peanut butter 1 tablespoon.
and ill have an other meal or two in thier aswell. i also dont drink anything but water. problem is yes i seem to be leaning out but im having a very hard time gettin muslce density is this just down to poor genetics?. as far as my training goes im lifting heavy 4-6 reps upper body and 10-15 lower body heavy i train my ass off everyday ive actually thought i could be over doing but ive spoken to many ppl at my gym and they assure me as long as im eating enough its fine any help would be great thanks guys ?
