how does my diet compare

hey bro's
just wanted ur thoughts / cristism on my diet.
these are my stats
ecto-mesomorph(according to some bb online test), 23 y.o , 5,10 , 80kg , 12% bf.
goal - to gain muscle and loss fat (der).

currently i am eating and training in this way( i train 6 times a week one day rest )
7am- 8 egg whites 2 whole eggs
9am-cup of brown rice,chicken breast,1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
10am-11am-train(100%whey horleys post,l-glutamine 1 teaspoon)
12am-frozen vegies,round steak
3am-frozen vegies,basa fish,almonds
6am-frozen vegies,round steak
9am-almonds,peanut butter 1 tablespoon.
and ill have an other meal or two in thier aswell. i also dont drink anything but water. problem is yes i seem to be leaning out but im having a very hard time gettin muslce density is this just down to poor genetics?. as far as my training goes im lifting heavy 4-6 reps upper body and 10-15 lower body heavy i train my ass off everyday ive actually thought i could be over doing but ive spoken to many ppl at my gym and they assure me as long as im eating enough its fine any help would be great thanks guys ?
 
bump -

im concerned that im becoming catabolic summer is coming up n im only eating brown rich in the morning the only other carb source i am using is fibrous greens(snowpeas,brocolli,spinach ect ect) through out the day. i weighed myself this morning and ive dropped weight . if i eat to much brown rich i find that i loose my abs . any advice ??

(goal get denser muscle)
 
ok... lets do this right...

first.. go to my free diet advice sticky... look for the bmr and tdee formula... figure those out and come back to me

then go to fitday.com and input everything you can into there.. come back to me with totals

without taking a scientific approach your playing a guessing game
 
OK i read ur thread its awsome btw. i came up with these figures hopefully thier correct . BMR- 370 + ( 216 x 12 ) = 629.2
TDDE - 629.2 x 1.725 = 1,085.37 ???

i will go onto that website now !

ok just joined fitday.com filled out my first foodlog it ended up like this

calories - 1,716 fat - 63.0 carbs- 92.8 protein - 199.1

????

You made a mistake in your calculation. try it again.

80 x .12 = 9.6
80 - 9.6 = 70.4

70.4 x 21.6 = 1520.... +370 = 1890 BMR

1890 x 1.55 = 2930

that should help :)
