How has Steroidologys Forums helped you?

Well it has helped me in quite a few ways. It made me aware of all of the mistakes I've made in the past as well as give guidance for my future. I would have likely never known about private MD labs which led me to finding out that I had low T. Then guided me in the right direction as far as steps to take to get on and manage trt.

Also dove in with 3j and he is getting me on track for a healthier lifestyle. There is more, but these are the main ones.

Steroidology has taught me a million things but the most important thing I have learned is that steroids are not a magic fix, and that focusing on your diet is the most powerful tool we all have in our arsenal. The members who make the most progress are always the guys who have made their own detailed nutrition plan or have someone like 3j helping them. Before I was part of this forum I didn't realize that nutrition was the main difference between a average bodybuilder and a great one.

Well, a forum is a group of people; and I've met some pretty damn knowledgeable folks here that have really helped me understand many of the facets in this lifestyle.

Diet, endocrinology, experience, and even friendships have all contributed to what I consider my tool kit when it comes to the bodybuilding/strength training/AAS/performance enhancement world.

I'm a member of several boards, but I do consider 'ology my home - - even if university studies keep me away a lot.

My .02c :)

My first cycle was
Deca 200 mg / week
Winstrol 50 mg twice a week.
Test e 250 twice a week.
Length of cycle 6 weeks..

Imagine all the thing I've learned from steroidology since then :)

Ology has been helpful to me in a number of ways. Besides giving me something thoroughly entertaining to do while at work, The vets have helped me from ending up with a b cup. Going from doing one size fits all bodybuilding.com, I found 3j and have been working with him since. So thanks for giving me something to laugh at and a wealth of information!

i read this forum for years before i joined it or ever ran gear, the information and knowledgeable vets at that time were invaluable to my education. there were a lot of forums around but ology was always the best for no BS information and not coddling the idiots.

This was the site that I'd read on a lot before I even joined. Such a wealth of information and it allowed for an amazing and problem free few cycles. The constant deployments have kinda hindered my progress and even set me back a bit, but Ology has given me access to 3J who I'm confident will get me back on my feet after these last couple years. Also, I have been a member of a couple of other big-named "bodybuilding" forums over the years and this was the first one that I noticed talked about gear openly and honestly. For the most part, everyone on here is mature and talks things out versus the other forums constant barrage of insults and downright confrontation. I appreciate everyone that contributes to this page and remains patient with those with less experience, even when asked the same questions over and over and over by different teenagers every day. It speaks volumes about you guys and I would like to think it contradicts the stereotypes of PED/AAS use. Sorry so wordy.

Great responses!!! You guys rock and are the reason Steroidology is what it is and what it can become. Anyone else?

If I may add something... The most beautiful thing about ology here is that the site administrators and mods are always around, posting here and there , always keeping our home clean and informative..
On a personal level I gained lots of friends.. This place for sure is a (second home)

Keep up the good work guys.

For me its a place to come and talk about a similar interest with some cool guys, not a lot of people who i consider friends are into this lifestyle so this is a great way to converse and teach and learn new things because no one ever finishes learning.

'Ology has educated me on every single aspect of AAS... I'm a latecomer to this world, running my 1st cycle in my mid 30's, something I'm very glad of and something I'd recommend to most people...

But I think more importantly, it's helped me figure out that I had low T, what to do about it, how to educate myself (and my endo) on what to do to improve matters... and vastly improve my quality of life....

The knowledge of people on here never ceases to amaze me... I've made great friends and contacts - and I hope that I can help pass on the expertise I have gained on to newbies along the way.

You guys rock! :beertoast

Thanks for that and on behalf of the great and awesome mods here that are Johny on the spot with the right answer at the right time.

Before Steroidology, I thought I knew nothing. With Steroidology, I know, that I knew nothing!! It was a humbling experience to come here and have it sink in that I didnt know as much as I thought I did, in all seriousness. Id say "eye opening experience" for sure. Thanks fellas.

Love this site- I came here looking for answers- have found some, not others- Still trying to find a creditable brand/ugl but find one here that's praised here google it and see it bashed elsewhere and then talk myself out of it- seems to be a lot of personal variances from person to person and site to site- been burned once- hopefully not again- problem is the more I search, the more I am confused- I am on TRT so I don't want to add or blast bunk stuff b/c my body wont compensate. But I'm still learning- just impatient

I learned so much about peptides and TRT from here...it has been a great leaping off point to do in depth research on things. This place gives you the street level answers that are easy to understand while still being correct, which is awesome! I started here because my first TRT shot felt like I had been kicked by a mule - and lasted for days that way. My doctor never told me it would happen, but apparently it is normal and expected as the body is not used to having all that oil injected into a muscle. This place showed me it was expected AND that it would go away with continued shots...and it did. Also taught me to do semi-weekly shots instead of biweekly (which is that the doctor said to do).

Love it here.

PS - and introduced me to 3Js, RUI, and PSL.

wow.. i wasn't expecting to get some love in here.. thanks for the kind words guys..

ology is a beautiful place... its like a man cave for those who want to get healthy and get in shape.. and i love that about this place..

remember, all of this, everything that you have here, is brought to you by your admins..

there are few forums out there that have an on-site sports nutritionist like me, endo/compound specialists like megatron and rip, and many other members who contribute in ways you cannot imagine..

ology truly is the one stop shop for anyone who want to get set up down the right path... members are responsible.. give good advice.. mods dont go parading around acting like they are better than anyone.. and there is a free flow of knowledge that is traveling back and forth here...

ive been on many boards.. i love ology..

and i hope all of you enjoy it as much as i do :)
