With my scripts I am on and such I last about 1 hour everyday, not a good fortune, sometimes I go 2 1/2 hours by then she is sick of it and ready for bed, most times I wish I lasted less than 20 minutes or 20 minutes exactly, then I would probably get it more often!

A few things that might help. 1) practice flexing that muscle in your scrotum that makes your cock move when you clench it. "the Ischio Cavernous (IC) and Bulbo Cavernous (BC). These two sheets of voluntary (striated) muscle wrap around the shaft of the penis like the belts on a radial tire. When pumped and contracted they give added rigidity and thickness to the shaft."
The exercises are called Male Kegels. The benefit of this is that when the muscles are contracted, more blood gets in your piston. Like when you're close to ejaculation.
