How much red meat do you guys eat?

Any of yall afraid of getting gout? My dad gets it a lot in his foot and it cripples his ass for a week at least.
 
For my current cutting diet I have one meal with 9 ounces of ground sirlion 90% lean. When i switch back to bulking it will probably go up a couple more ounces per day. I like to vary my meals, like have chicken one meal, then turkey, then eggs, then beef. If I have a repeat meal I get sick of it fast.
