Ok I read on the link you gave me and have a better understanding now.. but it kind of leads me to more questions like is this something that is a must in the cycle and if i dont use it will it affect my growth? and i also read up on the proviron and how it is meant to keep your natural test levels up so is this going to help me gain size... and last but not least how would i include Winstrol (winny) in this cycle?It's good you are here asking questions, but you really need to do more research into proper AAS use. My diet is:AM, 2 apples 2 banannas oatmeal and protien shake----next meal 12:00, 2 sandwhiches on wheat with ham and thats it sometimes a third wth pb only---------pm, Chicken breast 2 of them patatoes and rice usually and another veg, i will also eat about 4or 5 other fruits through out the day
