My thinking was if it is too harsh at 400mg/ml it would be simple enough to add .5ml grapseed oil or EO to 1 ml in the syringe.

I'll make small batches and find what works best for me.There are a million recipes on the net to pick from.

Believe me, its alot easier to just add oil to the whole batch and refilter. And unless ur using sterile oil to add to it, its not safe to add 1ml to each syringe anyway.
