How to increase sperm count and become fertile while on TRT

I am a 35/m been on cyp200 weekly for 1.5 yrs

I am on TRT for life as I was entirely shut down due to lack of proper PCT from previous cycles.

My ejaculate volume was doing just fine and libido was sky high until 4 months ago. Then the libido started to tank and ejaculate volume came down to a teaspoon full at best. I feel like I must be infertile at this point.

My wife and I would like our first child. What can I do to stimulate my testes to function better naturally, improve my extremely low libido and increase the ejaculate volume?

While on cyp200 weekly, will it help if I take clomid? I long for those explosive cum shots I used to have but not sure if I will ever get them again.

I did blood work 6 weeks ago and my T levels were only 257 (though 250 was considered in range). Despite having been on TRT for over a year, the low level of 257 was probably due to my gear that I had switched to (got if from overseas) - its possible that it was not 100% test. Since then I have switched back to cyp from walgreens. Estradiol was under 15 and vitamin D was insufficient at 24. Free test was below normal.

I am pretty sure I am infertile coz even though some libido has returned, ejaculate is minimal and transparent.

I am reading both yes & no it is useless to take clomid while on TRT. I am also reading about HCG. What route should I go to get my balls working naturally in addition to the exogenous test?
 
HCG, not clomid. There are a lot of posts on here for how to use HCG while on TRT.

Stick with your Walgreen's test. And get labs in about a month to see how you are doing. Good luck.
 
Without an actual analysis you can't know if you are infertile. Volume and color aren't absolute indicators of sperm count and quality.
 
Brunok is correct, you most likely need a sperm test to see if your shooting blanks! I had one done before I started trt. If possible you and your wife should both have testing done, it is not always the man!

What are the physical effects of HMG....?
do balls increase in size, does it increase your libido ?
how do you know if you are on the right dose and if its doing what it has to ?
 
If your pituitary is not secreting enough follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), HMG can be used to mimic FSH analog. This will result in stimulating sertoli cells in the testes into sperm production, or spermatogenesis, if you will.

Available testosterone in the testes determines testicular size, not available sperm.

Dose is dependant on your counts, FSH levels. Your doctor will know. Varies too much, not going to be properly quantified on a forum.
 
I concieved twice on gear.. And before gear we were always told she is not fertile and cannot.produce she tried every.medicine n she couldnt concieve.. So.i said.fuck.it n started doing.cycles.. First one i concieved 5 weeks into a decca,test cycle.. I was like ehh that will never happen again.. So a then i was about 4months into.cycles i was on 1000mg tren, 800mast e, 1500 test e!! With adex, and prami!! Bamm concieved.. Now im due in january lol.. N the gear was legt thats not even a question.. Ive always used the same gear same.source, always got.incredible gains!

Because HMG mimics both gonadotropins with emphasis on FSH analog. hCG only mimics LH analog, which has no direct impact on Sertoli cells; the sperm producers.

hCG is a good preventative measure and should be used by all TRT patients for many reasons. However, in cases where a hypogonadal male is not producing enough sperm, hCG will do nothing for him.
 
This is not true, at all. While it is correct that HMG has more of an impact on FSH and sperm production, saying HCG does nothing for fertility goes against mountains of research that confirms otherwise.

No. That is not what I said. You need to read it again.

hCG should be used as a preventative measure. This means that you would use it as a standard part of your TRT protocol so that you maintain stimulation of sertoli cells via natural testosterone. Both; natural testosterone and FSH are required to complete spermatogenesis. Neither one will complete the cycle on it's own.

Back to my point, in cases where an individual is not producing enough sperm, HMG can be used and is more impactful than any other compound available today.
 
I am not going to argue with something as absurd as trying to say HCG does not impact fertility. sorry but you have been sorely misinformed. HCG has been proven effective time and time again as an effective way to induce fertility in men with decreased sperm count.. period. It is true that a combo may be more effective, but that does not discount the effectiveness of HCG alone.

Who's arguing? No need to become combative, this is an informational board, and in this thread, you've only provided random statements, and no explanation or science behind them.

When hCG fails what do you do? Inject more?

You keep jumping back to hCG and its effectiveness. We both agree that it's effective, however, when a secondary hypogonadal patient who is prescribed hCG cannot conceive, HMG is the proper course of action. You have to understand the two compounds and their role in the male body. This is entry level endocrinology.
