How to know if you're taking too much/ too little AI

Without getting blood work done? I'm on test only 600mg/ week

If you have a lot of water retention and start feeling generally crappy, should you up the dosage?

Currently taking 6.25 mg Aromasin ED

u will probably start getting sides of high estrogen , high blood pressure , may start feeling tired alot , low libido , low enegery , sensative nipples , all side sof high estrogen , usualy 12.5 of aro is good for most users , and .5 or arimidex

u will always hold a ceratin amount of water retention , it just minimizes it , at that dose however u should be fine , always give the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) time to work , especially if u just changed the dose , dont go change it again if u dont feel it i a day or two . u should be fine , but other then that , u either get blood work done for sure instead of guessing , or id only recommend upping it extremely lowly if u are positive
