how to lose the gut fast/diet plans?

I am 25 years old and want to get rid of my semi-huge belly. I'm 5"11 and weigh 270lbs. My gut is quite big probably 20 to 25 lbs of fat. I want to know is there a diet I could get on to keep my muscle from deteriorating and get rid of the excess fat? Also any workout plans would be helpful because I need to know if I should split cardio/weight training or do more of one of the two. My original regular weight that I used to weigh about 4 years ago was about 185, and I would be happy with 195 but no lower than 185. Any comments or plans would help.......Please help!!!!!

Create a calorie deficit. Keep protein levels in line with lean mass. Use only low GI carbs and run your ass off. Any weight training should be hypertrophy.
 
that sounds good ^^^^ what ive just started is cardio first thing in the morning (running) on an empty stomach 3x a wk bout 30-45 mins then a good healthy breakfast either oats an a protien shake or some egg an in the arvo some heavy weight training 4x a wk thats what ive started with !! i too have they little gut going on that needs to go for summer hahahaha !!! i dont think your muscles will deteriorate as long as you keep your protein up an eat healthy (clean) so you repair you should be good !!

at least you are asking about loosing your weight diet wise instead of asking about what AAS to use to loose it !!! your on the right track !!! good luck buddy !
 
What got me the hardest and leanest was with two cycle ago.
I ran a high protien, mod-high cars, low fat diet. My supplements were Need2Slin, Whey, NTBM, and BCAA. I got it all very simple and not complexed. Feel free to contact me via PM
 
You gotta do lot of cardio: jogging, running, cycling, jump rope, jumping jacks, 8 count body builders. Motivation and dedication.

Eat something small, often to keep your metabolism going. Common sense diet... low bad carbs, low sugar, low fat. No alcohol. Do not eat any more watermelon seeds.

No sex or masturbation, you need to punish yourself.

If all else fails: Liposuction.

But seriously not having sex or masturbation may help to conserve that for running your ass off.

The best way to loose the gut is Running. When I have to loose the gut running prior to high rep workout burns tons of fat. Ofcourse the diet is where you really have to work on because if you put on that much weight dude that means that Will Power to turn down those late meals and those Beers or whatever it was that made you gaing that much. Wow from 185 to 270 what was your weakness? Mine is Beer but when I get serious on cycle I don't drink at all.
 
Well RockG my weakness was really nothing I had control over. My dad died a couple years back and I got really depressed and on medicine. I was eating anything that crossed my path. I started binging on prescription drugs and drinking occasionally but not that much. I really want to bounce back.
 
You'll make it back. Keep fighting and keep making good decisions. When you make bad choices don't let one bad meal turn into an excuse for blowing another. Make a good choice for the next meal. Planning to have good meals makes eating good meals much easier.
